I've been going to Pro Fitness for 10 years. I started going just before high school when I wanted to get serious about training for sports and just having a healthy lifestyle overall. My trainer since day one, Doug, really worked with me on sculpting my body to achieve goals I never thought possible. I'm not talking body building, just a fit look that women were hesitant to achieve in those days, but not is widely coveted. He developed my strength as a 3 sport athlete in high school and prepared me for my next journey as collegiate volleyball athlete. With sports out of the way, he continues to help me reach new goals whether it's running, toning or maintaining a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. Sure, anyone can get a trainer to have them lift a few weights and burn a few calories but Doug has always taken on his clients goals as his own; pushing each one to limits they thought unreachable. If you want to work hard and go to someone who is vastly knowledgeable about working out in a safe and productive manner you should definitely try it. I speak highly of Doug as I've been going to him for so long, but I've also trained with Matt and Eric and you can expect the same type of work ethic and dedication.
