I want to say they at least back their work. My mattress started coming apart at the seems after about 3 yrs and Verlo came to my house, picked up my mattress, compleately recovered it, and returned it to me at no cost! The frame I purchased was solid and I still use after nearly 10 yrs. I was in my early twenties and single when I first purchased from them and have made two other bed purchases since. I love that they back their products, set them up, and they can take some abuse, since we all know beds aren't used for just sleeping!

I bought a $1500 mattress from them about 4 years ago. When they first delivered it, I found it was too soft and I was waking up with a sore back. I called and they came, picked it up, returned it two days later much firmer and I loved it. But lately I have noticed it is sagging in the middle and my back has begun to get sore again. Too bad I didn't read these reviews before I bought my mattress.

I bought a $1500 mattress from them about 4 years ago. When they first delivered it, I found it was too soft and I was waking up with a sore back. We bought our bed and spent over $2k on it. From the minute we received it I knew there was something wrong, I immediately called and told them it was the wrong bed but they insisted it was correct, it was just firm because it was brand new (the bed was supposed to be very soft, alot of memory foam and latex in it) After several days I couldn't take it and called them and they said they would "adjust it for free" once per their sleep guarantee; but it wasn't a matter of me changing my mind, the bed was not the same as the floor model at all.

They came and took it, we of course had nothing to sleep on since they took our old mattress when they delivered, and two days later brought it back. It was possible that it was slightly softer but still was extremely hard. I even thought I was crazy and went to the showroom and still loved the floor model! It felt nothing like what was at our house.

We have gone round and round. They've even had to come and take it at less than a year old because there was a huge dip in it. Even after having to flip this very heavy huge bed. Do you think they gave us a new bed after it being deemed defective? NO. They "fixed" it, though they won't tell me what they did, won't show me what is in it. It is still unbearable to sleep in.

We are stuck having saved a year to buy it ($2000) and it was supposed to be an investment for 15 years. I have had not one good night of sleep on it. We can't afford to buy another $2000 bed. Please save yourself the headache, they will promise you the stars when buying it but after the fact it is all your fault and they will do nothing.

Beware you will sink into a hole! A hole in the bed and your wallet!

My wife and I tried this mattress in the store and thought it was comfortable.

After the first couple of nights we thought the mattress was great. By about the fourth night we noticed considerable sag where we slept.

After one week we contacted Verlo and told them our mattress was sagging and that our back was hurting. The salesman told us to give it another week because we weren?t used of the mattress and he would have the manager contact us...The manager NEVER contacted us.

After the second week we contacted Verlo, they told us to flip the mattress and that the manager would contact us?Three days latter the manager contacted us and told us to flip the mattress again. The manager told us this was NORMAL and to wait until the end of the 60 days and they would add more cotton to fill the holes in the mattress, and also stated the we would have to pay an additional $160 dollars for a new mattress top. We already paid over $2200 and now they want another $160 to fix the sag!

Two weeks later, after flipping the mattress two more times (a total of 4 flips in one month) we were back to the original side ?hole?. Using my level and measuring tape I measured the indention of 3 inches without anyone laying on the bed, and an indention of almost 6 inches while laying on the bed. I took pictures of this and returned to Verlo with my pictures.

The salesman stated that the mattress must have been defective and he would have the manager contact me?Three days latter the manager contacted me and stated that the mattress wasn?t defective, however that they would pick up the mattress and add more cotton to fill the hole under the 60 day ?Comfort? guarantee.

Verlo did pick up my mattress. It?s been almost a week and I have not heard anything from Verlo regarding the mattress.

It is obvious that the bed is defective. What happened to the ?100% non pro rated warranty? on the mattress?

Pros: Mattress feels great for the first two nights.

Cons: Mattress sags by the fourth night. Verlo does not honor their 100% Warrenty.

We got our first mattress from here and though it looked pretty good, I must say that the quality was pretty bad. Infact when they delivered, I thought it was not the one we selected. I called them up to confirm but they said it was the same. However the results showed within a few months when they sagged and was uncomfortable.

We bought a few mattresses from here, including some futon mattresses. The quality and price is great. The people at the store are very nice. Delivery is included in the price, which is a nice bonus. And they even dispose of your old mattress for a very reasonable price. This is a great store. You get amazing quality at a factory price.
