popeyes chicken is becoming really bad. The manage, she is bad and unjust having trickle down affect on those she supervise. example she will have staff take customers money and ask customer to park to wait for food and change if customer refuses, manager will take it personal and become irrate and rude. she has staff explaining to customer the urgency of getting off the drive thru timer; however, the staff don't see a need to provide an efficient timely service to the customer. yesterday i saw a front counter worker service her family/friend giving her food and the lady says to her "I am a dollar short the lady says back I will put a dollar in the cash register"that customer skipped a lot of people that was waiting in line to be service is that fair.
MY SUGGESTION IS U R HERE TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THE CUSTOMER TO SERVICE YOU. U CAN ASK THE CUSTOMER TO MOVE BUT IF THEY REFUSE EXCEPT IT WITH GRACE AND A SMILE.NEVER ASK SOME ONE TO LEAVE THE LINE WITHOUT THEIR CHANGE AND RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE.ALL WAYS TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND GRACE. PROVIDE SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND INSTRUCT THE STAFF TO B POLITE TO CUSTOMERS AS WELL
