Bay View Veterinary Clinic

I have to agree with Tracy Z. I have been a client for years. You will never find a more caring bunch. The doctors and staff the best. I trust them 100% with any of my pets. I had a dog who had alot of problems, they always gave me options and always let me know prices ahead of time. i couln'd imagine taking my pet anywhere else

I had the chance to read the reviews on this website and I can't help but wonder if a real customer wrote the review? We have been customer of Bayview for years. We have had great service! Dr. Schoenborn is one of the best Vets in the area. His staff and facility are excellent. He has taken care of my Pot Belly Pigs to my 4 dogs and 2 cats. He just completed a ACL repair on our Boston Terrier with great results and the price was extremely fair. I encourage you to give BayView Vet a try "YOUR PETS WILL LOVE IT"

When we moved to Mukwonago, I too, took our first pup to Bay View Vet. It was convenient to my home and I'll admit, I didn't research area vets, just wanted my pup to get a checkup asap. The entire experience was negative and when I saw "spagetti" (worms), coming out of my dogs butt and they wouldn't test for a final negative fecal, I switched to Mukwonago Animal Hospital. That was 8 years ago and 4 added pets to our family. We are SO happy with Dr. Sherrod at Mukwonago Animal Hospital...I wouldn't go elsewhere!!!

I recently moved to the Mukwoango area and upon the recommendation of 2 friends I took my new puppy to Bay View Vet Clinic. Unlike other reviews, the receptionists were the only decent people in the place! The vet tech we had never smiled throughout a 45 minute appt. and the vet wasn't much better! I chalked it up to a bad day and went back for another shot appt. Well, I had the same vet tech and the very same experience!!! Poor attitude and exceptionally bad customer service! When she gave my puppy his shot, she didn't hold him or ask me to hold him, just jabbed him! He jerked around and tried to bite the needle. He was in A LOT of pain following this experience. Needless to say I have switched to Mukwonago Animal Hospital. I don't care if it is more expensive, my animals deserve the best care and that won't happen at Bay View Vet Clinic! Go elsewhere if you care about your animals!

I love taking my pet to bay view vet. The staff is the is very caring, some more than others. They not only care about my pet needs, but mine as well. They take the time to explain and don't ever make me feel like I'm wasting their time. The doctors are great and I trust the advice I am given. The prices are a little high. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I have been taking my animals to Bayview Clinic for almost 15 years and I have always paid my bill. Last fall, one of my cats became seriously ill and the bill was almost $600.00. Bayview refused to work with me and demanded that I find some way to come up with the entire amount on the spot. This put a huge financial burden on my family for the next several months. A few weeks ago another one of my cats had a common urinary tract infection, Bayview quoted a charge of almost $500.00 just to diagnose him. I took him to Mukwonago animal hospital and they not only diagnosed him, but treated him for a total cost of $112.00. Makes you wonder how many people unnecessarily decide to euthanize their animals because they can't afford Bayview's outrageous billing practices.

The receptionists are a mixed bag....sometimes nice and sometimes rude depends on which one. Last one was very nice and the price to Spay our dog was $14.00 lower than the other vet in town, but higher for pre-blood work and other options.

The doctor was very nice and understanding and a good doctor. The receptionist I think are very rude and very uncaring. The prices seem to be alot higher than at other clinics in the area.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past five years. The staff seems very friendly to my pets and it has always been easy to get an appointment. One of the vets there suggested some natural supplements to put on the pet food-it may be why my 14 year old dog is still kickin'! Prices are high but that can be expected at a small vet clinic. The location makes it an easy place to get to and leave.

I have visited this veterinary clinic multiple times and my cats fear this place more than anyplace else. The prices are high, just like with most veterinary clinics. I do, however, question the doctor's knowledge and abilities. I suggest driving south to Waterford for a veterinary clinic.
