I purchased a VW Passat this spring, and it had a nice oil leak and a torn CV boot. Per my dad, the Ford/Chevy mechanic, I took the forty-five minute drive north and saw these people. The oil leak and CV boot repair was about $600-650, thanks much for charging me to clean the brakes, there's only plenty of what I need for that in my garage at home for free and I didn't ask you to do it (Note that, here's a Theme!!) Witin a week or so, I had my dad back under my car, and guess what? The OTHER CV boot is now torn, curtosey Justin Engineering. Since I don't want to go back up to those inept f***s, I get to foot that bill again!!
Next fun: when I was there having the oil leak & CV boot repaired I asked them how much money I would be looking at to get a new key. Now, I can just barely afford my car payments at this point, and don't have a lot of money just to throw at these things. He gives me a price of a little under $70; I told him I'd think about it and get back to him if I was interested. Few weeks later I get a call that my key is in. My first quesetion: why do I have a key in, I didn't request one? I told you to wait. So, mom foots the bill for that one and we spend the next week convincing them to mail the key to me as they said I would not need it calibrated (can we say WRONG). Week or two later, another forty-five minute trip, an hour and a half wait and--- Can't program the key as they are not a VW dealer. Ok, I'm offered a refund. I get to stand there and look at the idiots in the office with their thumbs up their rear ends and ask for the refund check I was just offered.
Thanks again, Justin Engineering. I've wasted time, gas, money, and now I get to have that CV boot repaired. I hope you burn in hell.

I took my car to Justin Engineering to get the belts replaced as they had started squealing. The associates were very friendly and the price was reasonable for the work done. The garage and waiting area were very clean also. I sat and waited while my car was being repaired and was offered coffee as well. They performed the work very quickly and my wait time was minimal. They specialize in import cars so Iif you have one I would recommend giving them a try.
