Definitely not impressed by this buffet place. I've had better food from a hospital cafeteria. It was about 10 dollars a person for lunch, with the best dessert was probably the pudding. The same pudding you find in a nursing home....

I went to Colossal Buffet on 8/6 and when we arrived there, for 2 adults and me (Child), the total cost was $42.68. They overpriced it by a long shot, because Pizza Pub's price for a large pizza with 2 toppings and drinks was $35.51, and that was the best pizza place I went to. The tables were disgusting, it looked like it wasn't wiped in a century. When we went to go get our drinks, the glasses were shot sized. So every 2 minutes or so, we went to go get more. The food display was the worst ever. The hot dogs and hamburgers were left in pans of dirty water for more then an hour, and the crayfish was the same in the bag, the only thing is that they cooked it. The french fries were stale, the mashed potatoes were crusty, and the waitress spoke in a different language, and the worst part is that the cook didn't even CHANGE the dirty water when he switched pans, he just dumped it in. The desserts were old, and some had mold on it! I'm never coming again to that "restaurant" again!

We dined here on Sat Aug 1, 2009, for dinner with a party of 4. The food was horrible. We sampled most of the items on the dinner buffet, hoping to find something that wasn't dry, fatty, cold or flavorless, and found that we enjoyed the saltines and homemade doughnut holes. I personally enjoyed the french fries, but I love a soggy fry, so others in our party didn't like them.

This is a 100% self service buffet, right down to picking up your own silverware and pouring your own drinks into tiny 8 ounce cups. They do have people who come around occasionally to clear plates.

It isn't a particularly clean restaurant and the decor is lacking (USA Flag on the burgundy walls)

Another party dining at the same time as us discovered an insect in their jello. We also enjoyed the presence of many fruit flies and house flies on the buffet and at our table.

I would not return here, even if it was free, and want to warn everyone else of how bad it truly is.

Well, it's big and it's a buffet. Lots of mediocre food available here. If you're just looking to load up on food, this is a good place. If you want good quality food, best to choose somewhere else. Prices are high for the quality.
