The owner of this place comes across like a complete jerk and he's not above yelling at or berating his own employees while there are customers in the store. It makes you feel bad for anyone that has to work for him. His employees, on the other hand, are all incredibly nice and great to talk with. So if you're looking to deal with someone friendly, you're taking a chance if he's there and you have to interact with him..
However, he is honest. He'll give you a fair quote if you're looking to sell something and refer you to someone else if he thinks you can get a better price at a different shop.
Hello,
I purchased a piece of jewelry for my stepmother. I realize that this is a very dicey thing to do but I was very intrigued by the selection and also the value of the pieces that the person was showing me. I did end up purchasing a jade necklace. It was well received by her and actually seeing it getting worn, I know she has come to treasure the necklace. I do think about how well that outcome was and how helpful they were at the shop. I will be back. Thanks so much

I visited the place and left with a very bad impression about the attitude of the guys working there, particularly the old guy who I believe is the manager. I said good morning when I walked in but the guy did not return the greeting; he even did not raise his head to look at me. Finally, and after a very long, embarrasing wait, he lifted his head and reluctantly and very drily asked how could he help me. I know that some white folks believe that people of color are wretched animals who deserve no respect what so ever, and I really hope that a medical condition such as constipation, and not sheer rudeness was the reason behind the bad attitude of the man.
I will never venture in that place again!!!

This is a very small store with many interesting collectibles.
Parking is rather scarce along the side of the store, but worth the hassle.
This store sells stamps for collections and stamp collecting supplies. They offer a desk to sit at to inspect the stamps. They also have a penny box, which is very nice for beginning collectors and young children wanting to explore this hobby.
They also sell coins and jewelry. The collections of these are small, yet interesting.
The customer service is wonderful.
PROS: Wonderful customer service
CONS: Parking spots are scarce

University Coin gives the best rates and they have a great selection of stuff to look at. I definitely enjoy my trips here!
They gave me a fair deal on my items. I will return if the opportunity arises. It was nice doing business with you guys.
Mostly jewelry. Coin selection limited. Low prices paid when selling to them.
