This apartment complex is operated by an LLC managed by a lawyer that, in my opinion, treats the tenants and employees with ambivalence. I have seen 3 apartment managers in an 8 month period of time.\n\nBe prepared to be nickeled and dimed for everything, parking garage, outside garages, and pool all carry an additional fee.\n\nThe fee for the pool is currently $100 a season. This season is from June 1st to August 31st. The condition of the approximately 30 year old pool is questionable. The heater has been broken for years and the owner has not upgraded or repaired it. It is one of the coldest pools I have ever had the pleasure to swim in. The fee was charged to newer residents, only recently has it been applied to all residents.\n\nEven with the fee paid, summer 2009, an opening scene for a movie was shot at the pool, and the residents were not permitted to use it during the movie filming. I would say it was double booked and the residents were not permitted to use the pool that they were paying fees for. Unfortunately for the residents, it was during the hottest two weeks of the summer.\n\nThis so called ""luxury apartment"" complex offers all the luxury of an aging 1975 apartment building. The appliances in my unit are old and not energy efficient and the overall condition of my apartment and others that I have seen show years of neglect.\n\nI would not recommend renting an apartment managed by this LLC. My experiences with the management company and the quality of my apartment have been unsatisfactory.

Pros: Deer do run through the property

Cons: Managment and quality of the apt complex
