Store at 17295 W Capitol Drive, Brookfield

I have tried to overlook the quality of the produce and poorly stocked sales items at this store location for sometime now mainly because of convenience, however enough is enough. Many times I have gone to this location to purchase ad sales items to find the items out of stock or another item put in it??s place that appears to be the same item only to find it was not the sale item (IE; coffee, select varieties not including Columbian), or clearly marked items on the shelves at sale price that did not ring up at the posted sales price. Not realizing this until I returned home and read the sales receipt, it leaves me the option of returning the items or just living with the price and adding to my annoyance with this store. Whether it be flavorless on the brink of spoil apples, wilting lettuce, rubbery broccoli, out of stock or poor quality items at the fish counter (when you can find someone manning that counter) or simply everyday items like Roundy??s wheat bread, how can a store run out of bread? The straw that finally broke the camels back is my purchase of the an 8lb bag of navel oranges this last Sunday, while reaching into bag to grab one this morning, my finger pushed through one of the rotten oranges and after inspecting the rest of the bags contents I find that about 1/3 or more of the oranges have mold on them and are rotting (not the first time this has happened). Now, do I package them up and bring them into the store and complain AGAIN about the quality of products at my inconvenience or do I go to Sendicks which is a little harder to get in and out of with my disability and buy my groceries there? Well I will tell you this, I have no intentions of bringing the oranges back to the store, nor do I intend on complaining at the service desk AGAIN about the inconsistencies of this store, I don??t particularly care for the condescending glances or comments. The store has more Managers walking around the store with radios and earpieces than cashiers, I assume to make sure the store runs smoothly. It??s not working!

Went for a few groceries during lunch. Purchased a chef salad. I will not go back for a salad. I was very disappointed. The lettuce was brown and old, so for the price I paid I could have gotten a fresh salad at Sendiks for the same price, at their salad bar with more veggies. Shame on Brookfield Pick N Save for selling old salads.

Having worked at this store in the distant past, I know it's been here awhile, however, it seems to be declining. Fresh fruit selections leaves something to be desired...either out or beginning to spoil. Sometimes meat selections are low. A plus is that our youngest can always get a cookie from Cookie Club.
