I can't speak to the sales-people here as I purchased my Subaru elsewhere. - Their repair staff seem knowledgeable and competent. It was time for a number of repairs on my 2008 Impreza including a timing belt replacement, wheel alignment, tire rotation, computer firmware update, and oil change. The work was completed in a timely manner and I had the option of waiting in their lounge (complete with TV, coffee, tea, very basic snacks and WiFi) or of being chauffeured somewhere else. I actually waited in the lounge until it was clear what needed to be done and then accepted a ride to the mall. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that when they were examining the vehicle, they missed the fact that it needed a "brake job". I had to take it back shortly after my initial visit and have the front brake pads replaced but they were very accommodating of my schedule. Overall, based on my current experiences, I would still take my vehicle here and could easily recommend their repair service.

The salesmen does not seem like they want to sell cars at all. They all sit by the door and stare out at the windows when people are looking outside at cars. I was walking and looking at the same car for at least 20 minutes while they just stared at me. I finally had to go in and ask if they can help me. Mark G. was the guy that helped and seemed like he didn't even want to get up from his chair. When we were by the car he just handed me the keys and asked me if I had any questions. I said no as I already researched the car in depth. He said 'ok' and walked away. As he was walking back towards the building he said 'We close at 4pm' although it was only 2pm at the time. He said it in a way which made it seem like he did not want us to test drive the vehicle at all or for us to hurry back.

People to avoid there:
Mark G.-not very motivated to sell cars. Not helpful.
Duane W.- will not lower the price of a car at all. He did not even check with manager. He just said we already dropped the ticked price by $x,xxxx, we're not able to drop it any lower. I had to call and speak with another salesman, which the price was dropped immediately with no hesitation (lowered an additional $1500).
