This is not Italian, folks. This is a disgrace to real Italian food and the originators of such food. I see (with I suppose no astonishment because here in WI, most everything is unoriginal) that people gave this place 4-5 stars. You have DEFINITELY not had a real Italian experience.

Big deal, you get bread sticks from Pick n' Save and all you can eat boil in a bag soup or the same garbage salad they've had for years and years. What's so exciting about that? I'd rather have something "free" brought to the table in a smaller amount but with great flavor. Soup and salad? Come on now...

The chicken at the OG is horrendous and fatty (gross). The noodles for the pasta dishes I'd swear came from a box. The "home made" soup, ladies and gents; is literally in a bag and dumped into a kettle. The sauce is runny and flavorless. It seems as though the OG is running thin on "originality" as it seems monthly they bring out a "new" dish created from Tuscany (if there was an OG there, it would be burned down) but it's the same garbage in a different form. The Tour of Italy is a disgrace to Italy in itself. $15.99 for a kid's sized portion of three flavorless things? Yuk (sorry, best word to describe it). The lasagna I just had the last time I was there was actually burnt on the sides and bottom! How typical I guess.

Now the service. We had a waiter named, Ceaser at this location and he couldn't have sucked more. He dumped cheese all over our table and said nothing. He was nowhere to be seen and we had to complain about him. Thumbs up for the manager as he gave us a $20 gift card and Cesar got reprimanded hopefully. This place has cheaped out so bad they got rid of the cloth napkins for paper!!!!!!! You won't find that at Maggiano's or Carrabbas!

Folks, get to Maggianos, Carrabbas, Matteos, Michaels and even Louises down the road. You are wasting taste buds at the OG.....

Cons--Food, Price, Waitstaff (at times) Waiting for a table
Pros--The water? I honestly don't know

My family went there with my brother once and we thought it was okay. The food was alright, but it could have been better, and the service could also have been better. We prefer going to Macaroni Grill.
