Mr Vak

Purchased a commercial vacuum for my business from Mr Vak and can't say how pleased I am. I paid below retail for my vacuum and the young man at the store gave me free bags and belts for immediate future. Very happy, will be doing business again.

Had my vacuum cleaner picked up, service was done very quickly and i had absolutely no issues. I was given a package of bags free along with the repair. Very pleased.

We attempted to have our vacuum picked up for service twice, I even called to confirm on one of the occasions. However, "Mr. Vac" flat our never showed or called to re-schedule. Quite frankly, the lack of professionalism shown by the Mr. Vac staff was completely disappointing and aggravating. Like one of the reviewers, I too call into question any positive reviews given to such an unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful business.

Had my vacuum cleaner serviced here, absolutely smooth service job. Got my vacuum in 30 minutes, very clean and functioning correctly. I say check these guys out!

Very inexpensive service, wait it was FREE! They honored the coupon with no questions asked. Cleaned my vacuum, they put a new belt on it, new bag, new filter and that's that. I would recommend them to anybody looking to get their vacuum fixed for nothing... Oh wait and their deliveries are free. How can they do it?

Ordered a new Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner from Mr Vak. The gentleman at the store attempted to persuade me against it because of high rate of service, but he wasn't pushy at all and that's what I liked. Anyway, I got it.... So far so good.

Called Mr vac to see if they will honor the coupon on this site, they had problems at all. I had my Dyson vacuum cleaned and tuned up absolutely free. Yeah it took 2 days but so what, it was free. Pleasant experience.

No problems, very smooth service, actually the staff was very personal and cheap. I spent $39 to fix my vacuum. I have one year warranty that includes free cleaning through out the year.

Beware of Mr. Vac. Better Business Bureau has Mr. Vak ranked as an "F" for reliability.

Yeah they don't have plasma tv's in the showroom, but they have a lot of vacuums. Customer service is very nice, the young guy working, put me ahead of the line and threw on a new belt, gave me a free bag and cleaned my vacuum. All that in a span of five minutes and $10.00. My wife was very happy with me after I told her this would take about a week to do.

It's nice to know that you can fix your vacuum cleaner instead of buying a new one. The repair was actually very cheap, around $20 so I was pleasantly surprised. Now I am wondering, why I bought my new vacuum when I could have just fixed mine.

Super fast $5 belt change! Don't even worry about hauling your vacuum back, they will do that for you as well. I thought this would take three days, too bad i had a vacuum to clean that evening.

Sometimes it feels it is easier to just buy another vacuum then drag yours out of the closet, trust me its worth it. Mr Vak will fix it and you won't even recognize your vacuum when you get it back, I didn't! I also like that they use natural cleaners to disinfect and clean your vacuum cleaner. Cool experience.

I have been a customer for more then 25 years, been coming to this place since I was a kid with my mother. They always fix my vacuum at a reasonable cost and very, very fast. When I will be in the market for a new one, you can bet that I will buy it from Mr Vak.

Recently moved to MIlwaukee and needed my vacuum serviced. Sears at Bayshore recommended Mr Vak so i took the cleaner there, very welcoming staff. They fixed my vacuum in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me! What can I say besides, THANKS!!!

Purchased a dyson vacuum, paid much less then the standard retail. I also purchased an extended warranty so I am hoping things will work out. The guy working at the shop tried to convince me to purchase a bagged vacuum but so far I am pleased with my baggless dyson.

Took my vacuum to a local shop in Menominee Falls and was quoted $70 for service, thought it was bit much so got a second opinion from mr vak and they only quoted me $19 for the same service. Vacuum runs great, and I recommend this shop to everyone.

Everything was fine, standard procedure. I was recommended by Sears in Bayshore, they had the parts in stock and the price was reasonable. I didn't like the air freshner they put in my bag, otherwise good deal.

Like most of the reviews on this site, I had a very pleasant experience. I brought in my Dyson Vacuum and had a motor replaced on it. American Tv had the vacuum since early July.... Mr Vak fixed it within one week as that's what it takes to get the parts from Dyson. Thanks.

Looking for a Vacuum Repair Place? Mr Vak is just fabulous, they picked up my vacuum cleaner and it was ready the following morning. My repair was not as simple as a 1Hour fix but I am very happy. Price was really cheap, they gave me a 1 year warranty....

I read the reviews on this store and they are for the most part positive... I had a really good experience, my vacuum was fixed and looked very clean when I picked it up. Repairs were completed the next morning so it was available for lunch.... Call these guys, very friendly.

If you are looking to buy something for your vacuum or service it fast, just go to Mr Vak and get it down fast. The young gentleman was very nice and kept the entire process very simple... My vacuum was fixed the next day and the price was more then reasonable...Service is great because they loaded the vacuum in my car and gave me a 1 year warranty...

Good experience overall, parts had to be ordered so I understand the wait... young gentleman did call me and explained the delay. Staff was helpful; helped me with my vacuum out of the car and then walked me out of the store which you don't get these days. Prices are very reasonable and they even offered to deliver it back to the house which I declined. i would recommend this place.

I really do mean in and out, brought my vacuum to the store during lunch hour, had it back in 45 minutes.... I was impressed! Young gentleman helped me right a way, repaired my vacuum promptly as I mentioned to him that I am on lunch break.... What a nice place! Thank You... Highly recommend!

Took my vacuum to another vacuum store on Capital Dr. and when things didn't work out, brought it to Mr Vak after reading the reviews... Very happy, the parts were in stock but everything was ordered in front of me and I picked up my vacuum in two days... Everything works properly, the staff was very friendly, highly recommend to everyone.

This shop is absolutely great, I have used this shop for many years, I buy all my vacuums here. This store has all vacuum supplies and parts... Call them today, they will come and pick up your vacuum, vacuum Milwaukee offers one year warranty on all Vacuum Repairs in Milwaukee!

I called Mr. Vak to schedule a service appointment, they offered to pick it up at no charge and delivered the vacuums back to my office the following afternoon. Everything was repaired and I have not had any problems since. Please don't hesitate and give them a shot, they are great!

I ignored the other review on this page and wish I had not. I went to have my vaccum cord replaced as my dog had partially chewed through it. We picked it up a week later and I went home last night and plugged it in and turned it on and th cord sparked. Not only had they not fixed it, it nearly caused a fire. I have not contacted them about it yet, but will this week (though it will be difficult due to the lack of hours they are open (no professional can get to any business by 5) I will repost as soon as the issue is resolved (assuming it will be) to let everyone know how this business handles it. However I think it would be better just not to chance it.

Several years ago, we took our electrolux to Mr. Vak to be repaired. When we went to pick it up, we noticed that the wrong head was on the hose attachment. Well, to make a long story short, we never did get our proper piece back. Needless to say, we would never use this company again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
