This place is awful. I had 3000 worth of work done there and my car instantly started acting up. I took it back and they pretended like they never saw me before, finally agreed to 'put it on the scanner' for free... gee thanks... and 'made some adjustments' but 'there doesn't seem to be anything wrong'. When I couldn't get it to pass emissions I took it back and they wanted to charge me again for a scan. Two mechanics I took it to after asked me "So who f$%^ed up your car." And both quoted me what Bay View Service charged me first time around. Finally I took it to a dealer and he said it didn't even look like anything was done as listed on the invoice I received from BVS.

I have taken my car to Bay view Service multiple times in the past couple years. I got my oil changes there and take my care in when necessary. I recently took it to get a tune up. They also told me that I needed 2 front link pins and new tire rods. Their price was less than most other local service stations. However, they said they would "eyeball" my tire alignment after replacing the tire rods. All other auto body places said that is BAD PRACTICE and that a tire alignment is necessary for safety. After getting a second opinion, I was told that I only had one broken link pin (not 2) and that my tire rods didn??t need to be replaced quite yet (1 barely moved). They LIED about needed services and are not to be trusted. Congratulations Bay view Svc, you just lost what would have been a loyal customer.

I have had my cars in for service several times. The work has always been done on time and at a reasonable cost. It is nice to find a service place that you can trust.
