Great service, knowledgeable, easy in and out for the issues I needed resolved. I needed to make a few changes to my existing account and troubleshoot some additional charges on that account. The manager took the extra time to research the additional charges and offer a quick solution to stop them.

Highly recommend!

I love Verizon as a company, but this particular store is not on my "good list." The service and repair section always has a long waiting line no matter what time of day you show up. When they eventually get around to you, all they seem to tell me is that my phone can't be fixed and I should buy a new one. When I bought a new one, the employee refused to transfer the numbers over without charging me $10 -- however the female customer behind me got it done for free. I called the company and complained and got a $50 credit on my bill. Great company, terrible store!

PROS: Verizon is a great company
