Military Location-I will never return. first walk in to smell a reeking scent of smoke came up to the front desk to talk to a dark haired lady with red glossy eyes.

to tell the truth, I will be going to Holiday for my business from now on. Wasn't aware you hire druggies

Worst car shopping experience of my life. After not being able to make a deal with them at their tent sale (after almost 2 hours), one of their salesmen called me to come in that he was sure he could get the deal done I wanted. After chasing me back down there and telling me they could get me in the vehicle I was interested in at the amount I was willing to pay. After 2 hours of "negotiating" with them and being kept in a little room while they looked up crap, they couldn't get close to what I was willing to pay. What don't people understand about a Maximum amount I could afford. Tried talking me into financing the different and all the old sales tricks in the book.

I bought 3years ago an almost new SUV with an additional six years extended warranty. It?s nothing wrong with it to have it but if you see a reason to doubt the work for what they charge you, then u are in a trap. I went there for a 3000 miles inspection. Short after I got it back the exhaust came loose so I thought an exhaust does not come off suddenly. Well, I didn?t wondering since they also didn?t even update the tire pressure neither the inspection counter. 3000 miles later I dropped off the car and got a call 19min later that the inspection is done so I wondering what they charged me for? After it, I pointed the car drift to the left side so I made an appointment for wheel alignment but the car still drifted to the left. I explained my observation and the reaction @ the other end left the impression that she had already to deal with a recall like this. After I did drop off my car again, they called me, saying the mechanic couldn?t confirm my observation so the car is ready to go. I wondering that they didn?t feel anything wrong with it & left my thoughts & they decided that the manager gives it another ride. Guess what? They said the tires are the reason. They shifted the left with the right front tire and told me the car drift now to the right side but they service report says no drifting anymore. I think of course how should I trust the skills of their mechanics, which tells me twice there is nothing wrong, when they not even point at a ride, that the car drift to one side, so that the service manager had to confirm my experience? Well, they told me, nothing left except to change the tire at Broadway for $640! The competition offered me the same for $350. Well, we are all customers that count on the work of the opposite so why people not turn in the necessary attitude in order to treat others just the same way as they expect to get treats? Nevertheless I am glad to live here beside people that make this country great with their attitude, care and spirit.

Best place to buy a car or truck. I purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition and loved the time and attention I received in making this purchase. They make every step of the process smooth and easy. Great overall experience. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Broadway!

I purchased a 2008 Kia Spectra from Broadway in the summer of 2009. Broadway was our final choice after visiting other local dealerships. The experience was a very positive one as our sales associate worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted (we were a bit indecisive). After test driving numerous vehicles (we even took them home), we decided on the Kia. The vehicle was priced very competitively and met our needs very well. Our sales associate didn't want to sell us anything until we were absolutely sure that it was the right car for us. We have been returning to Broadway with the vehicle for oil changes (that has been the only maintenance so far) and are also please with the service department. We will be returning to Broadway when it is time to replace the Kia.

I recently had my VW serviced at Broadway Automotive and I am Very pleased with the overall experience. Not only did they provide a rental car for me while the work was being completed, but the service rep kept me informed throughout the whole process. He called me on a regular basis with updates on the progress and explained things to me in terms I could understand. Their service includes not only fixing your vehicle but making sure the customer is satisfied as well.

I have purchased two new vehicles from Broadway Automotive, a 2005 Ford F250 diesel pickup truck and a 2011 Ford Escape. The pickup developed a leak in a main bearing seal, which Broadway fixed under warranty, picking up and delivering the truck. I have not had the Escape long enough to have any work done, but the purchase was a pleasant experience. I have been very satisfied with Broadway.

Also, my daughter who lives near Madison purchased a Volkswagen Jetta TDI from Broadway, which has had problems with sudden engine stalling. The Madison dealer said they fixed it several times but the problem kept reoccurring. When it occurred again near Milwaukee, she had it towed to Broadway in Green Bay. Broadway furnished a rental car for her in Madison and delivered the car back to her in Madison after it was repaired. They said if the problem happens again, they would bring a car for her to use and pick up the Jetta and continue working on the problem. They are working with Volkswagen on the situation. All in all I feel Broadway has been very good to work with and stand behind their products!

I wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Betsy at Broadway Automotive ( Ashland ) for totally seeing to every small detail when I took our car in for repairs. Betsy kept me posted as to what was needed, the cost and the progress of the work being preformed in a very professional manner. Her personality and attitude is why we have stayed with the Great Team at Broadway Automotive for twelve years now ! Thank you Betsy and Broadway for treating us like your family. We certainly will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from Broadway Automotive and always turn to them for their confidence and professional service for many, many years to come.

To the entire Broadway Crew-

I'm not one to sit down and write these but I felt compelled to let you know how I was treated at your dealership over the last few weeks.

I just went through the process of making a vehicle purchase and have determined that it can be quite the challenge because of all the choices. Before going to Broadway, I conducted research on models that would fit my family and lifestyle. I initially found what I was looking for on your web site, which is very user friendly and ultimately led me to your dealership on Military. My real experience started from the moment that I drove onto the lot and was greeted by Phil Eggener, a sales associate. He took the time to listen to what my wants and needs were. I was amazed that within 7-10 days, I drove off with a GMC Yukon XL that has far exceeded my expectations.

What I admire about your team is that they all seemed sincerely interested in me and what I want out of a dealership. It was apparent that Phil was listening, because within a week, I received a call about another truck for my business at Broadways second location. I met Phil at the Ashland location the next day and couldn't believe it, but I purchased another Chev Reg Cab 4WD truck. I have been looking for months and he has something come up in a week!

Receiving this type of service from the sales side, I decided to take one of my work trucks to the service department on Ashland. I originally was in contact with Betsy McCorrison and Pete to schedule the truck for a repair. The follow up to schedule the appoinment and continual feedback while the truck is there, has been OUTSTANDING!

I cannot say enough about a team of people who must challenge themselves on Total Customer Satisfaction! I am one of them! Many thanks and see you again.

I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership after being a long time Broadway customer. I left Broadway only because the closest dealership that carried the vehicle I was interested in was in Appleton. HUGE mistake..all the warm baked cookies they advertised couldn't make up for their less than average mechanics and customer service department. At the OTHER dealership, whenever I called, I was continually placed "on hold" for what seemed like an eternity! Most times I was unable to speak to my service technician & was told to leave a message and he would return my call-never the same day and I would never get my vehicle in for at least 2 weeks! I had my vehicle in to many times to remember for the same problem my patience finally ran out; I left and traded it in for a new vehicle at Broadway. I have never looked back. Broadway has such a large selection of vehicles to choose from yet I am always given the best service -quick response to my questions, and feel as though my business is a priority. Their customer service and close attention to detail is presumably why they have been around all these years and why I will keep coming back! I have tried others and no one has proven better than Broadway!

If our Volkswagen Jetta ever decided to need something fixed again, I WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK TO Broadway Automotive. Here's my experience from December 10th. 2010, we had a squealing serpentine belt that was going to need to be replaced, we brought it to Broadway Automotive right off Ashland. The agent we talked to (Brandon) was very nice at first and said to just bring it in, they'd check it out and before they touched it that they would call us to make sure we approved the price. It seemed like a good deal and that we weren't going to get ripped off. So we got a phone call at 12:30pm with the price it was going to cost to replace the belt, it was high but it is a volkswagen so I wasn't going to stress to much for the price of parts. So at 12:45 after talking about getting the money, we called Brandon back to tell him to go ahead and fix the belt. At 1:30 we received a call back from Brandon telling us that the car was all done and that we could pick it up whenever. So the very longest it took to fix the car was 45 minutes and with that in mind, you figure a few minutes spent telling the guys to fix it and other misc. actions. I was figuring 30 minutes of actual labor to fix the belt. We went to pick the car up and I was amazed that almost half of the bill was charged in labor. The exact amount of labor charged was $119.68. With proof in my cell phone that it took less that 45 minutes, all I can say is that I'm seriously thankful that our repair didn't take any longer because their technicians must charge $200 per hour. I was pretty surprised to say the least but something even worse happened as we were leaving the shop. Our "great" agent Brandon was listening to a private conversation that I was having quietly with my friend and rudely interrupted saying that the repair didn't take 30 minutes. The only way he would have been right of course is if the repair took less then 30 minutes and they just rip people off with the cost of labor. He continued to give me his best version of a stare down as I took my keys and left. Because of him alone, I would not return but if they are going to charge an un-honest amount of money for such a small task, they don't deserve my business. I'll will look for anything else before bringing my vehicle back to Broadway Automotive. I hope this helps some people out there thinking about bringing or buying vehicles from Broadway.

When I decided to buy a used car for my son, I checked out a number of local dealers. Broadway had the best selection of the kinds of cars we were interested in and they gave us the best price in town. Their sales people were really friendly, respected our budget liimitations and took the time to make sure my husband and I were happy with our purchase. They also made sure that my son understood all of the car's features and follwed up to see if he had any questions after driving it for a few days. We recently had the car in for its first oil change and everyone in the service department was top notch. Dealing with Broadway has been a great experience and we would recommend Broadway to anyone!

I had my transmission repaired and ended up have a transmission leak from a transmission cooler line they had to move to remove the transmission pan to fix the transmission . I got home and noticed the leak which wasn't there before I brought the car in service so I called our service adverser and he said that the mechanic probably forgot to rinse down the frame and not to worry about it ,well after 2 weeks and 4 car washes later with the undercarriage wash it was still leaking so I called him again and explained where the leak was coming from so he told to bring it in and they would check, well after an hour he told me it was the line that I had told him that it was and that it was common for the lines to start leaking there and it would cost me $90 plus tax $25 for the line and $65 for labor.I told him that the car only has 56,000 miles and didn't have any leaks before they worked on it but he claimed they weren't responsible for it .I would have paid for the line if they would have put it on for free but that didn't happen so I called around for a line as it looked easy to change and ended having to buy it from there parts dept. for $17.82 with tax I guess I didn't have to pay the $8 shipping charge to walk form the parts dept. to the service dept. and it only took me 10 min. to change and I'm not Ase certified .My wife and I bought the car from there 4 years ago and paid extra for an ex tend warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about paying to get it fixed I guess we were wrong, we have had all our service done there including oil changes we also paid $700 for the 50,000 mile service which included the transmission flush which we had to pay for a filter when they fixed our transmission because he claimed they couldn't flush the filter again .We also have a jeep grand Cherokee we get service at Chrysler world in Abrams that we have had great luck with I just wish the serviced GM cars

We bought our new car at this dealership and have had it serviced here also, when you drop off your car you can drive it in the garage first which is nice in the winter and they also offer to drop you off and pick you up at no charge which is very convenient. I feel that their prices are a bit higher than small auto repair shops but they are in line with other new car dealerships, overall I would say that I have always had a good experience with them.

I got a really good deal on my vehicle here, it beat the competitors prices so I can't say they didn' t come through there. I have had several car repairs done here on our cars and they always seem to fix the problem and the prices seem fair. My father in law has had a lot of problems with them and one of their vehicles, but I would still take my vehicle there or buy a vehicle from them.
Clean waiting area.

I get my Chevy Trailblazer serviced here, like many bigger dealers these days they have two lanes to pull your car inside right next to the service writer's desks. This is nice for a couple of reasons, first this is Wisconsin and it is nice to be out of the elements, and second is that since the car is right there, you car show the service writer the problem if it is a visual one. I have always recieved top notch service on my vehicle without the service writer pushing costly and un-neccessary on me. They have a shuttle service as well, and I have been able to get a free loaner out of them while having warranty work done.

PROS: friendly non pushy service writers
CONS:

I used to hear great things about Broadway Automotive, but recently my experiences have not been good. A couple of monthsa ago i brought my car to get serviced and they fixed it..but the same thing happened again to they oviously did not fix it..so they said they needed a part..and they woudl order it and call when it came in. Wel they still have nto called and that was more than six months ago. I had left them a message and no one has called me back. Well inthe mean time of trying to get a hold of someone ..and never getting a call back i decided that i was going to trade my car in. Well the first palce i went was braodway they have a good selection and i thought that since i had a jetta from them they would want to keep my business. Well they did not give me what i deserved for my car and they did not move on the car i looked at.. it was a very unplesant experience.. and they really did not care to make me happy as a customer or try to evan work a deal to keep my business. I do like there cars..but this experience was not a good one..good luck.

We purchased our minivan from Broadway Automotive last year and were extremely pleased with the deal we got. After getting prices from several dealers in the Fox Cities we decided at the last minute to check what Broadway had. We were very glad we did. Our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal.
