Acanthus Inn Bed & Breakfast

I'm a local, so I don't have occasion to frequent local inns. But after a weekend getaway at the Acanthus, how I wish I could. It turns out Walter, the proprietor, spent his earlier days as a chef at several fusion style restaurants, and it shows. I have never stayed at a B&B with a breakfast like this. And he was more than willing to accept special requests. Though I may not have the opportunity to stay there often, I know exactly where I will be recommending out of town guests stay when there is no room at my house. The Acanthus Inn is a great experience.
