Back in 2005 the service department was great. Now in 2007 the service department is down right scary. I took in my 2007 Camry for a little popping noise in the sunroof. Now my NEW car has had the roof dented, the interior trim moldings damaged, vanity mirror damaged, and my front bumper damaged. My car has only 14,000 miles on it. Now it has bondo (filler) in the roof and has been repainted. The service techs continued to damage the interior. After five times trying to fix the moldings, I told them to no longer to work on it. Gates has finished fixing the car back to normal. Gates is sending the bill to Lancaster. I wish Zimbrick sold Toyota. I had a Honda before purchasing this Camry. I really miss Zimbricks service dept. My car has had as much body work done to it as if I rolled the car in a accident. From a perfectly new car to a "restored" car. Joe St.Marie (manager) and Craig Hoffman( service manager) has declined to replace my vehicle.

Service is the best part of this dealer's repair shop. What I like best is the communication; they always send out maintenance announcements so that you can budget if a big expense is coming up. And, each repair bill is brokendown by line items, so it's easy to keep good records of what has been done. The shop is clean and attractive but probably costs more money for the consumer than an indepedent repair shop. I take my Prius there because one of the mechanics owns a Prius and they have a Prius team. Also, because I bought it through John Lancaster, I get a free rental car to use whenever I take the Prius in.

PROS: Knowledgeable Staff, Good Service, Clean Shop
CONS: a little pricey
