2nd day I couldnt remember where locker room was..asked worker up front. She said "You dont know where the locker room is?!" 2 other female workers (in their 20's) laughed. Just about had me in tears. I told them "well excuse me. I just joined and I don't know my way around yet. Is that any way to welcome new people?" I walked away and found it on my own.
Also dont like lockers. Have to rent one to get a big one. If you just ask for a key for the small lockers you get a different one each time. Hard to find the locker you are assigned to.

I am nothing but happy with this club. The staff is very friendly and helpful in motivating me to do my best. the gym itself is very clean and the equipment is always clean and organized!
