I recently had to rent a car for a school trip. I callevery rental that I could find everyone wanted you to have a major credit card except Enterprise had to put down a nice deposit but that was okay too. I just the rental car place that everyone doesn't have a major credit card something needs to be done

When I recently had to have body work done on my car, my insurance company set up car rental with Enterprise. I had a car reserved with the Murdoch Avenue location and was assured it would be ready by a certain time on Monday morning. When I got there, there was no one at the office. Someone finally showed up half an hour later. After waiting 15 more minutes, I was told that they didn't have a car ready. They finally came up with one that was just turned in. They apologized for the fact that it was so dirty and very low on gas. I have rented cars from them before and never have had a problem or complaint. This, however, was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had!
