I bought my first ring from John Cook senior in 1971. And from there I have been totally hooked on them. The quality and the service far exceeds any jeweler in Charleston. That's why even though I left WV 23 years ago, I still go back for great quality jewelry. John E. Jr and Shannon are awesome, professional jewelers.

This store has changed in the last few years from a down town location where it was very difficult to park. I have always liked their jewelry selection, service, and repair work. However, I not use it a lot more than I did in the past because they have excellent and convenient parking now. They have been in business a long time and do expert work. Also they offer realistic appraisals by certified gemologists.
