.

My husband gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure and massage. The tech didn't do the specific pedicure which he paid for (he paid for a special one and she did a basic one), and when I questioned her, she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. So my husband overpaid about $10-15 for a pedicure. However, the pedicure area was private (which I prefer) and very relaxing. The tech offered me a drink many times and something to read. After the pedicure, she took me to another room to dry and left. I finally walked to the front desk after 15 minutes and found her talking with the other employees. I plan to return for a pedicure, but I hope to get a different tech.
Because I waited at the drying area so long, I was late for my massage. The masseuse was waiting for me at the front desk. No one communicated to her that I had just had a pedicure. The masseuse asked me questions about which type of massage I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely return for a massage and wouldn't mind the same masseuse.
