Mullen Plumbing Heating & Clng

Mullen is great! They have given me great service and friendly advise. I will call them again. They did not over charge me and did a great job in my house.

I lived in the Charleston, WV area for over 28 years, owing 5 rental units. Over the 28 years I have used the services of several plumbing companies, let me tell you DO NOT use Mullens Plumbing. They are the highest priced plumbers I have ever used, very unprofessional, and never on time. I questioned the owner about a bill, and he went off, don't know how they stay in business!! Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else! If there was a place to pick 0 stars that is what I would do!

After calling to get a leak repaired i was told a specific appt day and after they did not show up i called to see what the problem was. i was told there was no appt for me and they could be there the next day. i had already taken off work and found this rude and unproffesional. i cancelled and called another plumber. And If the vehicles in front of the business and driven by the owners are an indication of what plumbers make i think i will became a plumber. Too rich for my blood.

My husband called to have Mullen get an estimate on installing a furnace. They came to do an estimate and said they would install it.We called and set up an appointment.Not only did they not show up once,the didn't show up twice.When we called about it, they said they were backed up,asked if we had any heat(which we didn't) and said well,maybe they could come Monday which was 4 days away at this point. Also, the receptionist made a strange comment when my father called in to check on getting a discount.She asked my father if he liked my husband.This was not an appropriate question to ask someone

Mullen employers do not treat employees well. They embarrass their workers in front of other employees and call their name when things should be done privately and in a professional manner. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I hear they have difficulty in keeping workers for an extended period of time, this is not a surprise due to their lack of respect for employees. I will never recommend them to anyone, I will suggest people I know with respect and kindness, not those out for a buck. They can drive around in their Escalades and wonder who wrote this. Wonder away...but you better stop and THINK!

They replaced a sink in my small powder room that several plumbers refused. I was told that sinks that small were no longer made, and it was an impossible job. This company gave me an estimate, found the sink, and installed it. I could see that it was not easy to work in that small space, but they did it cheerfully. I would recommend them for any difficult plumbing job.

We have used Mullen Plumbing 3 times. While we like their QUICK service, their prices have sent us to the poor house. It also seems to take hours to do the repair. The bathroom sink stopped up. When it was clogged again, they charged us again to unclog it after saying they wouldn't and that their work was guaranteed.
