Custom Carpets Inc

I purchased the carpet from them, and they installed it on all the floors of my house with the exception of the kitchen. They guaranteed that it would not stretch. Within a year it had humps here and there. They returned when I complained and did stretch the humps out of it, but they soon returned. This time they told me there was nothing they could do, and they offered no compensation. I will go elsewhere next time.

They put the carpet on my basement stairs at a very reasonable price and did a good job. I regretted that I had not found them before I paid Sears to do a horrible job of carpeting my whole house. Custom Carpet did the work when they promised it, sent good workers, and cleaned up their own mess. Sears did none of these things. Their workmen respected my home, worked quickly, and finished the job the right way. They showed that they were experienced at this work.
