I'll keep it short.. Barnes and Noble (aka WVU Bookstore) stole $500 of my own dollars under the guise of "convenience". I am VERY disappointed with this scam, which the University seems to support 100%.

If you have financial aid coming in, they will allow you to charge your books to your account and then use your financial aid to pay for them once it comes. That way you don't have to wait and get behind in your classes. They don't seem to have as many used books as other places and they are kinda expensive. The location is good though.

PROS: big selection
CONS: books are expensive

Great shop to get your hair cut like back in the old days. They will even shave men with the old timey shaving cream and razor. They are decently priced and located in an area that has a decent amount of parking. The barbers are friendly and will talk to just about anyone. It's decently easy to get in, as long as you don't go at certain times.

PROS: Good location
CONS: Expensive
