I placed my insurance with this agency many years ago when I purchased my home, and we had a very good relationship. Then it was sold, and I was arbitrarily placed with an agency in a remote part of the state. I protested and asked to be returned to the one within blocks of my residence with which I was familiar. I wanted one that was convenient in case I wanted to visit it. They refused. When my policy lapsed, I moved my business elsewhere.
