House Of Dimitri Ultra Tan

I have been going to House of Dimitri for about seven years. Vanessa always cuts my hair and my son's as well. She also colors my hair and waxes my eyebrows. She is fantastic!
It's great that I can also relax in the tanning bed while I'm there. The Viper bed is my favorite. My son and I both feel very welcome while we are there. I highly recommend this salon to everyone: men, women, and children.

me and my wife go together to this place to tan and Wanda does our hair there. We love it. I get Susan gift certificates for her birthday and stuff like that. she gets nails here. our kids used to come here and get thier hair done too, a long time ago. its a very nice place. thanks, Chris

I've been going to house of Dimitri for years, it's a one stop shop. I get my hair and nails done there. All my hair products are there, I also tan. I have never had a bad hair do. My husband and my son also get there hair cut there.Every one is always nice, I'ts a fun place to go to relax and have fun. Shannon

I travel a lot and when I get my color and cuts done I go to Vanessa or Heather. Any time I get my hair done in a bigger more expensive salon out of state they are impressed with my color and cut and the way my hair feels. I credit House of Dimitri with that. I Love my hair color and my cut is so easy to deal with! I highly recommend them, espacially if you live in Kanawha County. I've gotten hack jobs at other salons in the area and will never stray again, believe me!

Heather is the best hairdresser I've ever been to. She's taken years off of me. She's affordable, close to home. and she got my color right on the money! My friends and family are very impressed with my hair and are starting to go to her now too. They are all pleased with thier hair since she started doing thiers!

Heather has been doing my hair there for two years. I am always pleased with her service. She treats me and my beauty needs with respect and always does what I want. She also does my eyebrows and I will never trust anyone else to do them again.I always have a relaxed and fun experirnce when I go see her, and I always walk out with a boost of self confidence because my hair looks great.

Every time I go to the House Of dimitri I get someone different and I have always left there happy. I've had my share of bad hairdos but not since I moved here and started going there. My daughter got an updo there and it lasted all night for the dance and everyone was saying how they wished that thier hair looked like hers. They are great.

I went to the St. Albans location for a few years and was very displeased. The lady that did my hair would tell me to schedule my appointments for an hour when I called in because my hair was very long. However, when I would do this she would show up 20 minutes to half an hour late every time. Then, she would rush me because she was behind. My haircuts would be lopsided or jagged. Finally, I insisting she fix the problem no matter how much it put her behind. Very unprofessional and she is still there. A family I know went to this location as well for a few years and left not long after I did because of the same poor service. I'm not sure what happened with this salon but the service became very shoddy. I now go to the Southridge location and Betty cuts my hair. She does a fantastic job, is meticulous and professional in her work and conduct.

My daugher Ashleigh and I were customers of Erica at House of Dimitri for about ten years and have never been given a cut, style, or dye there that wasn't absolutely perfect. I once dropped in to see Erica in the midst of a self-inflicted dye emergency and she fixed it on the spot between other clients. Tracy who does nails is great too and the entire staff is so helpful.

We moved to Illinois last year and can't find a salon we like nearly as well. My daughter is going back to visit next week and is thinking of trying to get an appointment while she's there.

I made an appointment with the House of Dimitri to get my daughters hair done for the Winter Formal and when we got there we told them that she wanted the front in twists with the back in sausage ringlets. I went out to shop while they did her hair and when I got back she was in tears. The hairdo was nothing that we had described, they had done her hair in a Celtic knot style. It was not a fancy hairdo at all and would not even be considered an actual hairdo for a dance. I spoke with the manager and she just kept saying how pretty it looked on my daughter. I kept telling her that I could have done that style as it was so plain but it was a formal and she wanted a fancy style. They refused to redo the hair so I asked for a refund which they finally did. We were stuck without a style and had to make arrangements to get her hair done elsewhere at the last minute. It was very exasperating. They are reasonably priced, but I would have been willing (and did) to pay more for the style we had wanted. I was not impressed with the service we recieved and would not go back nor recommend them.

When I had a bad hair mishap, I called and they rushed me right in. They fixed my bleached looking hair in a snap and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it, either!
