We took our children here years ago, and the owner keeps having our reviews removed. They've had their info page on Google removed because of so may bad reviews.

Here are the facts, without the drama:

1. They waited until the end of the day to change our child's diaper. He played during recess, crying because he had soiled it. When he came home, he had a rash. A previous employee and friend who worked there confirmed this was abuse which happened daily. Our child was screamed at for urinating in his pants, and we found out from the employee who quit over the ordeal.

2. They ran a tanning bed from within the daycare. There were people getting naked in the room next to the infant area. True story.

3. They allowed known and convicted molesters who aren't allowed to be there, to pick up children in the establishment. They were warned by several parents who warned the daycare about said individual.

4. Because we were absolutely shocked by all of the problems, we took our children out immediately. Of course, they won't give you your money back because you didn't give them 2 weeks notice. (seriously, why do you need notice?) This is done because the know you won't spend money to take them to court over a small amount of money.

Regardless, it's a horrible place. Our child was terrified of it, and it worked out for the best after we took him to somewhere who actually didn't neglect children and had morals.

Do not take your children here, ever.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. My wife and I were expecting, so we started looking at daycares. Before I wrote a check to reserve a spot, I asked, "If we end up not going here, do I get this money back?" They assured me that it was fully refundable no matter what happens, so I wrote them a check for $160. Fast forward , my son had open heart surgery so he can't go to daycare. They call to ask when he's coming, I explain the situation. They said, "Come pick up your check." I show up to pick up the check, they inform me my deposit was nonrefundable. That's weird... I explicitly asked before I wrote you a check AND you called me to tell me I could come pick up my check. They inform me their employee must have made a mistake in telling me their policy... I should have read the fine print. Case A: They intentionally tell people one thing in order to increase their chance of getting money. Case B: Their employee was wrong and they won't honor what she said even though I only wrote the check because she assured me I would get it back if anything happened. This despite the fact that I told them that my son had 5 1/2 hour of open heart surgery, making him unable to go to day care. Either scenario, these are not people I would trust your children with. I make no claims as to the quality of the services they provide, except that the place smells a little bad and is in general disrepair. I do, however, know that they are dishonorable and value their own profits over being decent.
