He is an excellent vet; Although his personality is on the dull side, he is a compasionate and caring person. I trust his judgement for all my pets. Along with some emergency cases, I have had numerous cats and dogs spayed and neutered. Prices were reasonable and service first rate.

He assumes that you are at fault for whatever reason ,ide have to have proof that my pet was given shots if he was suposed to do it,
i tried him twice,,,never agian staff dont have a clue smiling faces dont get the job done,dont worry about a smile from the doc himself his poop dont stink,try him once,watch closely just make sure your pet dosent have anything life threating

I have had animals in my life for the past 30 years. In that time I have never had a vet that took my animals care as personally as Dr. Koch and his staff did. More times than I can count Dr. Koch went above and beyond to help me and my animals. I feel so indebted to the doctor and his staff that though I have moved several states away I still refer to him as "my vet", and I am confident that if I needed his opinion on my animals' care he would gladly help me. For those who feel that he does not have "a way" with animals I have only this to offer, my male dog has a reputation for being difficult with men. Instead of of muzzling my dog, or worse, Dr. Koch listened to me, and respected the dog, which allowed us to have trouble free visits. I consider Dr. Koch and his staff friends, and often find myself missing them.

I have been taking my pet's to Dr. Koch for many years and would not consider going anywhere else. He and his staff not only provide the best medical help for my animals but they also provide service in a very caring and considerate manner. I recommend his hospital to every pet owner. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Koch, Loretta and Tammy for your help throughout the years.

I had an emergency where I had to call about my cat who was near death and I didn't know what I should and shouldn't do. I called the vet to get help (not a miracle), just advice and was told, "WELL what do you want me to do about it". I started crying and explained I just needed advice, I ddidn't know what to do that's why I called!

I have always heard horrible things about this vet. (Bad with animals, rough and rude), Im not sure why I even called I was just worried about my cat.

If he is going to be so rude and bad with animals then he needs to find a new profession!! I wouldn't trust this place to a pesky roach that I WANTED to get rid of!!

We have taken our pet here several times. They are very easy to get an appointment most of the time we have gotten in the same day. The staff is very friendly and attend to details They do all they can to help with meds or whatever your pet maybe needing.

This clinic very dedicated to the care of the animals. The staff is always very helpful and caring. We had a puppy that needed emergency care and they had no problem being called in after hours to help us. The staff was very caring in a trying time our son was very upset and they were very understanding The prices are also very good
