Tim Hogan's Dalton Ga Carpet

We bought our carpet from Tim Hogans two months ago. We noticed that it started raveling in a small area in the middle of the room. There are no seams in this carpet. We called them and they sent the installer out to look at it and said that there was what looked like a five foot cut in the carpet even in the backing he said it was probably done and the factory and they never caught it at the store. The manager comes out a couple of days later walks back and forth on it a couple of times and says "I don't see a problem frankly I was expected somehting a lot worse. Sorry your unhappy." and he leaves. Since then it has been nothing but the run around from this place. This is no way to treat customers!

This store has a large selection of carpet at very reasonable prices. I found it to be of good quality, and they offer quick and efficient installation. My experience with them was outstanding, and I plan to use them again the next time I need new floor covering. I have recommended them to several friends. Their estimates of cost are accurate and made quickly. The location is very good with wonderful parking provided.
