Crappy excuse for a repair shop. Rude, arrogant f*&^kers. Go elsewhere. Not HERE! I wasted tons of money hoping to get my computer fixed and it screwed up soon as I got home with it and began to use it.

I had my Dell in for repairs in may of 2009. I had picked up what they tell me is spyware...i had fake anti-virus software loading up over and over. My computer was unusable. I talked to Wes at the computer warehouse, brought in my Dell on a Tuesday. Wes called me a few hours later and explained the problem and the cost of the repair..he was very nice. I'm not very computer literate and he explained the situation so that even I could figure it out!!! I okayed the repair, and the next morning they had me ready to go. Wes even helped me when I couldn't figure out how to hook it back up!!! I can't tell you how impressed I was. They are now my computer service store for life.

I'm starting to think the reviews on here are for the OTHER computer place in Kan. city, aka Computer Guy...I brought my laptop in to Computer Warehouse for a power pen issue on my hp laptop. I'd taken it 3 other places plus the Circuit City before they flopped over, and could get no one to do the job. I had low expectations after reading all these negative reviews, but rolled into CW and was totally surprised. Friend service the whole way, and the only technician in the county that will replace power pins. My computer was in and out in less the 24 hours and is running great. Highly recommended!

they lied to me to sell me a piece of junk and refused to take it back. I even told them i would sell it to them for a cheaper price than what i paid. they where so rude.

I messed up when i took my laptop to this place starting with the rudeness of the girl that answers the phone to being over charged and in general getting the run around.
I can't express how deeply terrible this place is.
I would not send my worst enemy to this place.

I had purchased a power adapter for my laptop elsewhere, but my computer still would not power up so I took it in to these guys. They replaced the replacement adapter & charged me $189! ($89 of that being the charge for the part, the rest "labor" of a whole 60 seconds or "work" to plug computer in). Also my screen would flop around when laptop was open & asked if they could fix it. They told me it would cost as much as a new computer to fix it. They acted as if I were an intruder instead of a customer, as well.When the screen got so bad it wouldn't stand up, I took it to Advantage Technologies on Quarrier St & they fixed it right away & charged FAR less for a lot more work. I have used Advantage Technologies twice & they are far more helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I DO NOT recommend Computer Warehouse. Use Advantage Technologies instead, you'll be glad you did.

They do not wait on customers readily when you enter their shop. I found myself seeking out someone to help me. Then they act reluctant to provide information. The prices of small computer accessories are much higher than their competitors. They also make appointment to come to your house for computer repair and fail to show up. I tried hard to use them; because they are very close to my home. I would like to find a computer dealer and repairperson close enough to not require a lot of travel time, and they were a big disappointment.
