Sahara Restaurant

Sahara has a nice buffet with wonderful Middle Eastern food. I crave it sometimes, in fact. However, their business hours are very limited. They have a lunch buffet for 3-4 hours on weekdays only, and dinner for several hours starting at 4 PM on Fridays only. That's it! I understand they do a lot of catering and parties, but I would love to see them have more extensive hours.
