Isaac Jr Tom Dvm - Valley West Vet
by C J.
I had a positive experience with several of the vets at valley west; however a recent botched surgery by Dr. Isaac Jr cost me and my dog big time. The surgery had to be re-done 3 days later ( by another vet office) because the dog was severely infected. Come to find out a number of items were mishandled in the original surgery. When I tried to reach Dr. Isaac Jr to discuss the matter I got nowhere. I would not use him again.

We love Dr. Warner
by Susan D.
I have been taking my dog to valley west for many years. When Dr. Issac Sr. was still in practice he was very caring and an excellent vet.I have felt rushed by several of the other vets and felt as if they just did not care. But we met Dr. Warner and he is absolutely great. He is kind and caring and always takes his time with us. Cainpup is 13yrs old and was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Warner always calls me back when I need to ask a question. He is an excellent vet and I would recommend him to anyone.

I love Dr Issac Jr and Sr
by Heather R.
I have been taking my pets to Valley West for years. Of those years I have only experienced 1 misdiagnoses. And this doctor is no longer with Valley West. I highly recommend this vet hospital and Dr. Issac.

Great Vets!
by Amy F.
I've been a client of this Veterinary Hospital for countless years. I've found them to be very caring and patient from the first day with my new pet, to the end of a pet's life.
While vets (like human physicians) are only human, everyone is subject to a margin of error, but I've found these doctors to do their best every time. They are quite expensive, but I trust each of my 9 pets to their caring hands and hearts.

Always Good Service and Care
by Love My D.
I have always had a great experience with Valley West. The Vet Techs always seem to be enthusiastic and patient. Because I work long hours, they always allow me to board my animals for the day when they need treatment. The vets and the techs seem to care for my pets as much as I do when I am there. I have always received great service and I have been going there for 2 years!

Mrs. Byrd
by Charlotte B.
I have had very good results with Valley West Hospital with my two schnoodles. They have taken care of them since they were 12 weeks old. They have protrayed to me as very caring and informative doctors. I have only good things to say about the hospital. I buy all my medicines there also, and can take my dogs there any time without an appointment. I prefer the first come and more serious approach of service to having to make an appointment.

2 bad experiences with Valley West
by Anonymous
I would not recommend Valley West. When I first started taking my pets there, I saw either Dr. Leadmon or Dr. Blair. HOWEVER, when those vets left, a misdiagnosis was made twice by other vets which resulted in prolonged pain for my pets. After the second misdiagnosis, I asked for my records and left for good. I always felt rushed as well, and even though I had gone there for years, I never felt welcomed by the receptionists.
I am now taking my animals to another vet; and although they are more expensive, I feel like they care.

My First and Last Visit to Valley West
by Anonymous
My first experience with this vet was with my cat. She is a sweet beautiful Maine Coon that was ill when we walked in, but because it was too close to the good doctors time to go home, she was not treated. I chose to take her elsewhere because the vet did not seem to have the time to look her over and he kept commenting on the time of the day rather than pay attention to anything that I tried to tell him. His assistant had to point out the tooth infection that I told him about and that he was not able to find on his own. I could go on and on with my awful experience, but I will not. What I will say is that I have been to several different vets with my two cats and my dog and never once was I or my pets treated as badly as we were at Valley West. My recommendation is to find another place to take your pets where the vet actually enjoys animals and wants to help. My first visit was also my last. All of my animals will be taken care of by another local vet and I am sure that my sick cat will at the very least get the best treatment possible now that she will not be returning to Valley West.
