I really wish Binghamton, NY would get a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Here are my reasons: 1.) Being a college town, the restaurant would do GREAT; 2.) Great prices and food; 3.) 30 cent wing day. Maybe it's me missing the one back in WV where I was born and raised, but I really think that Binghamton can benefit from one.
Face it, college students love cheap food, and one of the most affordable things to eat is chicken wings. BW3's has a 30 cent wing day on tuesdays, and the wings aren't crappy nor dinky. They are flavorable - over a dozen sauces are offered- and their other items aren't too expensive either, and just as good. Buffalo chips (potato slices that can come with seasoning or cheese) go well with the wings, and of course, celery and blue cheese are on the menu too.
Not only is it a good place to eat, it's also a fun place to party. There is a bar in the restaurant that has very nice drink specials (the one in WV had $1.75 Budweiser tall drafts), big screen TVs for those into Monday night football, hockey, so on, and NTN Trivia - trivia using remote keypads.
The service has always been very good at BW3's - however, expect a lil wait if you go on tuesdays during their 30 cent wing special.

PROS: great food, low prices, fun things to do there
CONS: you may have a wait on your food on tuesdays due to special
