Eggington's Restaurant

Eggington's Restaurant is located in the downtown area. A good place for lunch. The staff was courteous and friendly. The lunch menu had a good selection. The food was good.

I tried to get someone to talk to about catering a party for 70 people. With the first phone number the perso could or would not help me but she gave me 2 other numbers. I called them twice and left messages and here it is 4 days later and no phone call. I tried the other number again and she couldn't help me it had to be the man at the other 2 phone numbers. They don't seem to care to get any more customers than the few that come to their place where it is almost impossiable to get a parking place and it is hard to get to and it is a small place. If they half way tried they could double what they are doing now but someone there doesn't care. They lost our business and I didn't even get a chance to try them.

My ecperience was frustrating, they did not meet my expectations, they specialize in no customer service, they are NOT A GOOD DEAL, I do not recommend them.

We decided to try a new place for lunch. We had heard this was a decent place, but after going we will not be back.

It took 10 minutes for a server to get our drink order. We ordered and 30 min later we got our food. The restaurant was not very busy. The other folks in the group had to re-order because they were out of burgers, which is a large chunk of Eggington's menu.

Our sandwiches arrived. My chicken sandwich was tiny. At 9 dollars I would have been better off going to Quiznos. The chicken was small and hard, and there wasn't very many vegetables. It mostly consisted of bread. I'm sorry, but I did not order a bread sandwich.

The server never came back to drop off the bill. We went straight to the register. I didn't have to say a thing, the gal asked "is something wrong?" All she said was sorry; yet, she didn't even offer to discount the bill.

I know a few people who will never spend another dollar at this establishment!

This place is GREAT! The food was delicious! I had the egg bread French toast with eggs and bacon. Perfectly prepared. Two others had the same thing, and the 4th person had the vegetarian frittata. Everything was prepared just as we asked, and the coffee was perfect! Our server was very polite and recommended great stuff for us to try. Our coffee and water never went empty! Next time I come to Casper, I will be back! Thanks!
