Casper's has been a favorite breakfast gathering spot for many years. Ample parking even though getting in and out can be tricky during rush hours on the busy street which is also part of the truck route to I-25. Dont let that sway you from a good eating experience.
Good sized portions insure you do not leave hungry.
Right off the Poplar St exit on I-25, then south toward the mountain.
