First of all this is a third party store.
The reps are nice, but need more training to know about the phones that they offer as well as making sure that the customer knows about the policies when dealing with a third party store.

First of all, they only had one Samsung Galaxy Tablet available when we were setting up our service. Having to order mine I was told that it would arrive in a couple of days, which it didn't until Friday of that week ( order was placed on a Saturday.)
After having our cell phones and tablets for a week and a half we went back in to exchange them. My partners items were exchanged with no problem, but with my tablet since it was ordered from Sprint I was told that they had to get the paperwork to return the item and then my new phone would be sent to me. I would also have to pay 12.00 if I wanted it the next day.

After 3 hours of talking with sprint ourselves and the store reps contacting and talking we went home with no exchange for my tablet. I contacted sprint through chat, and on the phone spending more time. A couple of days passed and we decided to go back to the store again. Spent another hour there with the same issues (also learned that the rep we were working with hadn't filled in the other rep like he had promised which then we had to explain everything all over again.) After so much frustration we cancelled everything. I had to have the manager of the store write out a paper to say that he has my tablet to send back for a refund because there isn't a way to scan it for return. After a couple of more days of waiting to get an email stating that it has been sent back I emailed the manager. Still the RMA hasn't arrived to return the product. I am beyond frustrated and have went to further lengths to get this issue resolved. Until then we are without any phones at all because of waiting for the refund.
If you are switching over to Sprint like we did do it all with the company themselves. Do not go to a store because you will probably end up with just as much frustration as we have.
