We have bought multiple cars from Fred Anderson Toyota, all from Jeff Teague. For this purchase, he helped us pick out a Prius based on what we asked for. He is enthusiastic and low pressure. Jeff took 30 minutes of his time to show us every feature when we picked up our car. He even set up our bluetooth, navigation and pandora accounts for us. We will definitely be back!

Our experience buying a car at Fred Anderson was nothing short of great! We dealt with Jim Amerson, who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. We were so happy with him as a sales person when we were doing our initial comparison shopping that we drove past no less than three other Toyota dealerships to get to Fred Anderson Toyota when we decided we were ready to buy. We are extremely happy with our new Prius V and the wonderful service from everyone at the dealership. I will be recommending FAT to anyone looking to buy a Toyota in the Raleigh area.

I recently moved to Raleigh from Cleveland Ohio and wanted to buy a truck. Out of pure coincidence I went to Fred Anderson Toyota and I was so pleased with the service. I was helped by Jim Amerson in the sales department and he was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me to help get me in the best possible vehicle for myself. He also told me that he was there to help and he really has. Every time I call him about a question I have he knows me by name and what I do and always asks how football is going. Its so great to deal with someone like him.
Fred Anderson has world class facilities for a car dealership, free washes and oil changes and they make you feel at home when you arrive and help you with any questions you may have. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I truly wanna thank them for making my experience the best car buying experience I have ever had. Keep hiring great people and keep up the outstanding work.

I had a great expierence with the used car dept. Dan made us feel comfortable and was very laid back during the whole process. I would recommend anyone to him!!!
Bought my first car here for an incredible price. Carlos Buenaventura was the salesperson who helped me out and was extremely helpful! All of the people there were extremely helpful and made the car buying experience very smooth and easy.
Had a great car buying experience with Dan Marek. He made it very easy. Would recommend him to anyone!!!!
I went to the service department for a recall and they attempted to have me add $1,600 in unneeded services. I ended up having to get two second opinions for two other authorized Toyota services departments to confirm the services Fred Anderson Toyota recommended services were not needed for my Highlander. Fred Anderson Toyota wasn't even able to read the service history on my Highlander, which was always serviced by a Toyota services center, to determine services they recommended had been completed less than two month prior. Stay away from this service center!!
My family and I went to Fred Anderson Toyota recently and left with a wonderful new Camry. Our salesperson, Rick Wheeler, made the buying experience very simple and pleasant. The dealership was comfortable for my family and everyone was so nice. Ramin, in the finance department, made the complicated paperwork and "business" stuff make sense, and I left there so pleased with the overall experience. Looking forward to doing business with Fred Anderson Toyota again in the future.
Carlos Buenaventura was great helping me pick the car my family. I had an exceptional experience picking my car. Carlos' customer service was wonderful. He listened to what I need and got the car that worked for us. I will recommend Fred Anderson and Carlos to my friends and family.
Thanks Carlos and Fred Anderson
My husband and I recently bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander and totally love the way the car drives, feels and all the features. The vehicle has great exterior design, good engine performance, and all the features we have looked for in an SUV. The ability to seat up to 7 passengers makes it very convenient and gives it much more versatility. Great SUV for the price!!
I am a very happy customer. I'm glad I stopped at Fred Anderson. Purchasing my 2011 Toyota Pruis was truly a smooth transition. Joe Dibari was a fabulous Sales professional. I'd recommend all my family and friends to Fred Anderson Toyota to see Joe! Excellent job Joe!
My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius V. Our sales associate was Jeff Teague. He was an excellent person to work with. He was a salesman that took time to understand your needs and help you find the best vehicle for you. He did not pressure sell but listened and was attentive. He made the process a good experience. The finance manager Omar was also very good.
Jim Amerson was a great salesman to me here. He did not push me or my family at all and was quick to respond to questions, gave me a great price and patient when we were making our decision. My father bought a Toyota Camry from him a few years ago and we went back to him specifically to get my Toyota Corolla from him as well.
The facility is great and everyone was so friendly.
I absolutely recommend visiting Fred Anderson Toyota for buying a car and asking for Jim Amerson as your salesman.
My husband and I purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna from Fred Anderson Toyota about a month ago. I had wanted a Honday Odyssey for a couple of years and we had been planning on purchasing one after I graduated from Nursing School in December. However, I was in an accident in which my car was a total loss, so we decided to move that purchase up. I test drove both an Odyssey and a Sienna on the same day and immediately experienced a change of heart, so to speak. I was fortunate enough to be approached by Wahid Nazari on my first visit to Fred Anderson and was impressed at his no-pressure approach and knowledge of the Sienna I test-drove. There was a small delay in working with my insurance company and Wahid was very understanding and answered all of my questions in the meantime. When the time finally came for us to purchase, he worked with my husband and myself on the financing and ensured that our van was cleaned to our specifications, even arranging for me to bring it back at my convenience for a thorough interior shampoo/detail.
If you are in the market for a pre-owned car, go to Fred Anderson Toyota and ask for Wahid...you will not be disappointed!!
I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Fred Anderson Toyota. Leslie Arits was my car salesmen and he made the experience very easy and hassle free. First impressions mean a lot and all of the salesmen were very friendly and professionally dressed. I despise the process of car buying but Leslie and the team at Fred Anderson made this a great experience for me unlike the other dealership up the street where I asked for a bottle of water and was told they had a water fountain! Really!?? At Fred Anderson I was given bottled water! Sometimes, its the little things in life that count! Thanks Leslie and the team at Fred Anderson Toyota!
I bought a 2011 Highlander from Fred Anderson Toyota and my salesman was outstanding. Mark Langdon knew the answers to my questions and made the whole process easy and fun. He made the buying experience a pleasure. If you want a good experience, then call Mark and go see him
I loved the experience I had with Fred Anderson Toyota when i purchased my 2008 Camry. my salesman, Brad Coley, was very knowledgable and friendly. I feel that I recieved excellent customer service from the entire dealership. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to shop first with Fred Anderson
My salesperson, Jan Crow, stepped in to help complete my sale while the initial salesperson I worked with was on vacation. She made the buying experience actually enjoyable. Even though there was some difficulty locating the vehicle I wanted, she worked hard to make sure I got the one I wanted and that I was happy. When it came time to take possession of the vehicle she made sure it was pristine (including making the guys in the back clean again some spots they missed). For all my initial troubles locating a car, she even had the manager throw in some mats that were not included. If you are looking to purchase a car from Fred Anderson Toyota, I would definitely recommend Jan Crow.
My wife and I purchased a 2007 Highlander at Fred Anderson Toyota. We worked with Wahid Nazari. He is soft-spoken and professional. We were especially appreciative of Wahid's professionalism as the final terms of our purchase were being worked out. After the sale was completed, Wahid extended himself in unexpected ways to ensure that we were completely satisfied with are purchase. Wahid engaged us with clear-eyed dignity. I would be happy to work with Wahid again in the future. In fact, I have already recommended Wahid to two of my co-workers. Our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was pleasant and professional.
Our car salesman, John Lafabregue, made our car buying experience at Fred Anderson Toyota the best. John was honest and never deviated from our agreement and he followed through with everything he promised us. If you want to purchase a vehicle in the future then contact John Lafabregue. He will do his best to provide you a competitive price with the color and options you want for your vehicle. Thanks John!
I was looking for a Toyota Camry within my budget. I found just that at Fred Anderson. Winford Lee my sales professional was very knowledgeable and catered to all my concerns. This is a World Class customer service dealership, and I would totally recommend Winford Lee and Fred Anderson Toyota to all my friends.
Thank you Winford Lee!
Thank you Tim for a great buying experience. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 11 years and I was dreading the experience. I did research on the internet prior to coming to Fred Anderson which does give you some information, but Tim was very helpful and made my experience very stress-free. Great job Tim!
I recently went to Fred Anderson Toyota looking for a reliable car. I was lead to Len Barnes. Mr. Barnes was an excellent help to me. He helped me to choose a vehicle that was in my budget, and to secure financing that fit my credit situation. As a salesperson, his approach was relaxing and involved no pressure. I would highly recommend Len Barnes and Fred Anderson Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
We had a great experience with Dean. He was very Knowledgeable about all the cars and showed us many different styles. He did not rush us at all. We had only a general idea of what we wanted to buy but he helped us figure out what we wanted. We were very pleased with the deal we got and very happy with the car we purchased. I would definitely go back to see Dean.
I used this dealership since 2007. Last month, they recommend tire alignment. I paid $150 for it. My tire light has been on right after, hit the service three times. Never fix. Finally, they blamed my tires.
Today, my CD player broken, left my car there 3 hours, nothing done, no phone call. They asked me to come back again since they don't have the part.
I recently bought a 2011 Venza from Fred Anderson Toyota. My salesman was John Lafabregue, and I told him it was my best car buying experience ever.
I did all of my research prior to contacting John and four other dealers. I already knew invoice pricing, what the average purchase price was, etc. With little prompting from me, John immediately told me their pricing for the Venza, and it was exactly as per my research. The other four dealers played the typical games, e.g., "Make us an offer", "we'll beat any price out there", "let me talk with my manager".
Fred Anderson was totally transparent every step of the way. John never pressured me, just called periodically to see if I had any questions, etc.
Very classy salesperson and organization - I highly recommend them.
I have been a Fred Anderson Toyota customer since I bought my first Avalon in 1987. They have always been great to work with and still take such good care of me and my car. I go there for sales and service and always have had great experiences. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had been looking for a low mileage luxury car for a good while and found it on their website. I visited the dealer and found the salesman very knowledgeable about the model I liked and helpful in deciding between several excellent choices. The negotiations went well, I paid a fair price and the car is more than I expected.
Thanks Fred Anderson Luxury Cars.

I had a great experience buying a used Toyota from Fred Anderson Toyota. My previous truck died on me one day and I had to have a vehicle for work. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota and they found a great used truck for me at a good price. A week after I purchased the vehicle I noticed a few minor issues, I took it in, and they had no problem fixing them quickly, and giving me a free loaner why it was being repaired. Excellent service. I will certainly go back.
I recently purchased 2 pre-owned Toyotas from Fred Anderson Toyota. First the family got a Sequoia from Dean Foland and then came back and bought a Camry Hybrid. Both purchases were handled professionally with no hassle. My family has enjoyed both Toyotas and continue to visit the dealership for our maintenance. I would recommend Fred Anderson Toyota for anyone who needs a quility automobile and be sure to ask for Dean Foland.
My husband and I recently purchased a 2010 Prius. The salesman could not have been more professional. This is the fourth Toyota we have purchased from Fred Anderson Toyota. We could buy from other dealerships but trust the reliable staff in Raleigh. The little service we've needed has been precise and the customer service outstanding.
We bought a new Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota and left with a smile on our face. The entire process was smooth. Our salesman, John Lafabregue took his time helping us with all the bells and whistles on our new car, including setting up the Blue Tooth which I would have never been able to do on my own. If you are interested in buying a car, give John a call at Fred Anderson Toyota. Thanks John!
We have now bought three new vehicles from Fred Anderson Toyota over a period of three years and we still own all three cars. We love Toyota! We have been very happy with the cars and most happy with the professionalism of the entire staff, from sales through to service. The sales people and managers took their time with us from the beginning to the end of the purchases. They followed up with us after each sale to make sure everything was as promised and to make sure we were happy. Our experience with the service department has been equally great. They were professional, did what was promised, and each time they left our cars clean, properly serviced, and repaired. We have never had any kid of problem and we are quick to recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to our friends.
The second Toyota I purchased from Fred Anderson was a 2006 Corolla. No problems until a few months ago when the engine began shutting off while in motion. I had less than 50k miles on it at the time.
Took it to Fred Anderson's service department after making a few visual inspections myself, as well as discovering an upcoming recall for the ECM. The symptoms of the recall included.. wait for it.. engine stall while driving.
I made sure my service advisor, Wellman Munoz, was aware of this recall when I first dropped the car off. He called me later to let me know that their tech had called Toyota for help, and based on the codes in the car's computer I needed to replace all four ignition coils. I mistakenly trusted their judgment and two weeks afterward, my car cut off on me AGAIN while driving.
If this service department had been looking out for a repeat customer, they should have replaced the ECM first. Now I'm out $650 and still trying to get it back. The service manager, Charles Sigmon, told me to try to get my money back from Toyota. This would have been an acceptable answer if the ignition coils had fixed this serious safety issue! Instead, the ECM fixed it, just as I suggested in the first place.
Fred Anderson has seen the last of me. I'll never be able to trust their service department and I will not purchase vehicles there again.
A few years ago, I had a shock head replaced by their mechanic. After this repair the direction kept making some strange noises. They refused to look at it for years. After so much threat they finaly look at it and they discovered that a direction joint was mounted upside down. That was done by the idiot who changed the shock head. They don't even know their own vehicule.
They are so bad that when I purchased my Tacoma in 2009, they made me sign a waver preventing me from suing them in case of severe damage caused by their Mechanics.
I already payed for the car when they forced me to sign this paper and would not let me go with the vehicule without signing this paper.
What morons, I will never do ANY business with them again and for the warranty, I'd rather drive 50 miles to have it fix by someone else, someone I can bring to court if they damage my vehicule.
Go buy your Toyota in Redmond VA instead, It's worth it, much better service and different feature available.
The salesman harrased us to give him good review so he could get a bonus. I bet he didn't get to buy his new big screen TV for Christmass.
Oh one last thing, I picked up a vehicule they didn't have in stock so they had it shipped from Greensboro or Charlotte (not sure). But instead of shipping it on a van, they drove it, adding about 60 miles to it, and who knows at what speed the guy drove the vehicule that was not broken down yet. It must be driven gently for the first 2000 miles or so...
Don't do business with them.
I love my Tacoma though. I'm glad it's a good vehicule, because I will never ever go there for maintenance, even for warranty.
By the way, don't be fooled by good reviews, it is common practice to ask all employees to put good reviews. Not even sure it's illegale. My former employer was sending all employees weekly emails asking for good reviews on this kind of web site.
There is a new Toyota dealer in Apex. That's where I go for warranty service now.
