I somehow developed rashes that would not go away. I decided to visit the doctor and he was readily able to prescribe an ointment that took care of the problem. During the time I was there, the doctor was kind enough to explain the problem and gave me tips on prevention. He also told me how to be more careful because of my skin type. Overall, the doctor was friendly and did not seem to be in a hurry to see me out. He is a professional all the way.

What a welcome relief to find a dermatologist who doesn't promise the moon in an hour! Dr. Pilest is so honest about what could and could not be be done. Like a lot of women I see the magazine articles and watch tv. When I went to see him, he told me what would work and best of all, what wouldn't work, so I didn't waste money or time. I am so very pleased with the treatments and would not go any place else!
PROS: Super high tech office, very friendly and right to the point
CONS: A little pricey, but well worth it
