.

I spent three years as a graduate student at USC, and went to this clinic about 10 times. As a student with health insurance provided as part of my tuition to USC, there was no other option for health care other than this clinic. Needless to say, I was not thrilled with this practice.

I can scarcely recall an appointment where I waited less than 1 hour after my apointment time to be seen; on 3 occasion I waited more than 2 hours. Particularly irritating was seeing "walk ins" treated before I was. We can all understand an occasional emergency, but this was the routine at the practice.

I never saw the same physician more than twice. When I had to see a different doctor than the one I scheduled with, I was never telephoned to inform me of the change. The office employees ranged from rude to mediocre.

The quality of practitioners varied videly. Sometimes I saw residents who were struggling to arrive at a diagnoses without leaving the room to consult with their supervising MD several times.
