every time I have been to Tammy she has been great, my only problem is being charged a new patient fee for 2 visits when I had been there several times before and Marymount never gets your test results to her office in a timely manner

The only patients that get star treatment at Corbin Instant Care are men. Ms. Freeman definetly has the knowledge to be a great nurse but she doesn't have alot of common sense. She lets her personal life get in the way. It's very inappropriate. I have had my appointment changed more than once so she could go flying and I was also kept waiting once so she could take a drug rep (male, of course) for a ride in her BMW!!!!

I have been going to the Instant Care since 2002. I have found that Tammy is one of the nicest , caring , and knowledgeable Health Care Providers I have dealt with in my experiences. She takes the time to explain your situation in detail, Listens very well to your symptoms, and shows geniune concern for her patients well being. The staff is wonderful and you do not have to wait all day long!!!!!!
PROS: Tammy, Her Staff, Not a long waiting period

My personal opinion is that you could stack Tammy up against any provider in the county and she would come out on top. Her knowledge of her field is awesome, but the thing that truly sets her apart is her nurturing, caring nature. I always dreaded going to doctors offices until I met Tammy a couple of years ago. Now my wife and I both see her, and neither of us dread the visit like we used to. As they say on Ebay- +++++++++++++++++++AAAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++ HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED. WONDERFUL PROVIDER. Thanks.
PROS: Best service in town- bar none.
CONS: Office is too small.

I was surprised to read the review written by Carol. I have been going to Tammy for years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She has always went well above and beyond any expectation that I have ever had of her. There was a time when she was concerned about me (emotionally) after a long talk we had in her office- she went so far as to give me her cellular phone number and asked me to call if ever I needed to talk! Now how many providers would ever have done that? My opinion- she is top notch, and no other NP or MD in the area stacks up to her. Her clinic really is 5-star!
PROS: Wonderful caring person, gifted NP, great staff.
CONS: None whatsoever.

Our whole family is now using Ms. Freeman as our primary care provider. She is excellent with our kids, and we look forward to visiting with her every time that we need to go to the doctor. The deciding factors for giving her a perfect rating are the simple things... there is never a long wait (which is a miracle within itself), she is one of the friendliest and most approachble people I have ever met, and she really, really, REALLY knows her business. Our family has been nothing but completely impressed with her, her staff, and her service, which goes way above and beyond. I would highly reccommend her to anyone- and have to my own family and friends.
PROS: No long waits, true concern for our well being, great provider!
CONS: None that I am aware of!!!!

Initially I was very pleased with her and thought her staff was great. Made several visits had decided to use her as my regular doctor. Then I had a bad reaction to medicine she had given me. I called three days in a row trying to get her to call about the reaction I was having. She never even returned my phone call. I was really shocked a nurse practitioner would do this. Decided just to find another doctor. Would really like to know about being so great, why she wouldn't even check on a bad reaction.
