Montgomery Mall

When I read that this mall was high-class, I expected to see something like a Tysons Galleria. When I showed up at Montgomery Mall, I saw a Sears... I would call this mall solidly middle-class instead. But they do have a Macy's and Nordstrom as other anchor stores. The mall is clean and does have an assortment of stores in the clothing, books, accessories, electronics, jewelry, and beauty categories. The salespeople were overall helpful and polite. I was surprised to easily find close parking on a Saturday afternoon.

This is an appealing high class mall. There is something for everyone. L like shopping here. I find the sales people very polite and helpful. I especially like shopping at Christmas time at the various kiosks. The kiosks where christmas ornaments are sold is my favorite. I buy most of my Christmas gifts there and have them personalized for free. beautiful ornaments. I am looking forward to see them again this year with all their new stuffs.

I like this insider pages. Words are simple yet sincere. Not a lot of sophisticated articles. One review mentioned a Zen Store opened in Montgomery Mall. I am happened to be part of its team. I like this mall somewhat. The Sears has a great merchandise selection. The Nordstroms is fabulous. There are some problems with Montgomery, though. Firstly, the theater is the smallest and crummiest place to see a flick I've ever been in. I live around here, and as I got up after a great movie, someone began to urinate on the floor. It was gross. Plus it's only three screens, which is truly way too small. Secondly, the mall tries to hard to be upscale and chic. In the 1990s, Montgomery was THE place to shop in MC. Now, in my mind, Wheaton Plaza holds that title. Montgomery has added way too many stores such as Macy's Home Store that should not be in any mall, no matter what. Finally, the mall has more vacant retailers then Tony Kornheiser has opinions. I went there last week, and was stunned to see a Zen furniture store occupying the old Victoria's Secret space. It makes my head spin to think about what this mall's going to be like in ten years if it doesn't refill the empties in the near future.Anyway, this mall's alright. But, it should follow my suggestions, along with others on this boards', if it wants to remain viable in the race for top shopping mall in bethesda with White Flint.

I've gone here twice now for haircuts. This place is great for a quick, uncomplicated haircut. They can do layers and all of the usual, but if you're super picky you may want to try elsewhere. I've gone on the weekends when it's super busy and during the week when it's a ghost town. I have been extremely satisfied for the price - overall a good haircut!

Montgomery Mall has always had an excellent variety of shops to choose from. Parking can be a hassle on weekends. It is very conviently located and easy to get to.

This theatre is OK. It is quite inexpensive and is good that it is located as part of Montgomery mall, making it convenient for kids to see a movie while mom shops, or to shop afterward. However, the movie selection can be limited (only 2 or 3 screens) and can often be out of date films (it takes them a while to get new releases.) The screen is an OK size but it is not huge but the audio is good

PROS: Cheap-ish, good audio, location
CONS: Small screen, slow to get new releases

Bethesda is a ritzy area. Montgomery Mall has alot of nice stores but it is not overdone. Nor is it too big and daunting. One can cover the whole mall and not need a nap afterwards. The food court has a lot of choices as well.

I love going here! There are so many large and small stores available to shop from. The food court is great, and they have a wonderful Asian Noodle place. And don't forget the Cinnabon... mmmm... The food court also has an area for kids to sit in, very cute.

This mall is well kept and clean and even has an Apple store!

It's also owned by the Westfield company.

Free parking, chik fil A in the food court. I love the hecht's which has a great selection and I never have a problem using my coupons. The mall is nice and they have free kiddie cruisers to stroll children around the mall.

This is a great mall in a great location. The area is very nice. This mall has a variety of stores. It has good parking. A variety of stores in this mall have constant promotions and sales on a weekly basis. This mall also has a variety of restaurants. Please check out this mall. You will get a great deal of shopping done in this mall.

This mall has many chain stores and department stores. They have something for everyone! The type of stores range from urban clothing to trendy stores like bebe. The prices are average, so unless you hit a big sale, you won't be getting anything cheap. There is a theater in the mall, so you can conveniently catch a movie.
