Associates in Dermatology

I have been a patient of this practice for years and have always had a positive experience. I've seen a few of the doctors in the practice and they were all very professional and took the time to explain. The staff has never been anything less than courteous and friendly to me and my family. Definitly would recommend to others!!

Terrible staff. I felt uncomfortable with these people handling my files and scheduling my appointments. Just a bunch of bunglers, as if they were students acting out in detention. A doctor is only as good as his/her staff, and I'm taking my business elsewhere!

If you have a husband, I suggest taking him elsewhere! The drama I've encountered with a particular staff member alone drowned out what level of professionalism the doctors may potentially have. (FYI, just steer clear of their business manager, her name starts with a C.) Next thing you know, you'll be finding one and two hour long calls from their office on your husband's private cellphone number. During company hours I might add. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The physician seemed competent, but I was completely rushed through my appointment with the dermatologist. This appointment was scheduled well in advance and I arrived early. It was a poor first impression and I don't intend to return. The only thing the made time for was my payment.
