I wanted to echo the review from Gina Marie below--she is so right. Dr. Daly is the best. I don't normally write reviews (well, unless I've had a bad experience...) but Dr. Jeanine really deserves the praise she gets. I've gone to various derms over the years and it's true they ofetn rush you out or give you some cream without explaining to you what to expect or what the actual issue is. (Some just seem to prescribe whatever non-generic cream will cost you $100 a tube at the pharmacy. Ugh!). But Dr. Daly is super smart and comforting and understands that your issue is important to YOU and deserves more than 5 mins. (I feel bad taking up her time with questions but she's so helpful and never rushes me out). That's why I like going to doctors who are also moms--they know how to be patient and caring.

Anyway, just my two cents from a loyal patient. Rest of the Doctors there seem nice too but Dr. Daly came recommended from a friend so I went straight to her and never looked back.

I was recently seen at this facility for the first time and because I had such a great experience I would never hesitate to go back. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, which is rarity at many doctor's offices, and I felt very comfortable in the type of atmosphere that was created during my visit. The doctor that was appointed to me knew exactly how to treat my condition and she took as much time as I needed in answering all of my questions and tending to all of my needs. The staff was very pleasant and professional and the doctor was excellent. This is a great office.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!! I had the best doctors visit EVER!!! I got a referal from my daughter's soccer coach saying I should see Dr. Jeanine Daly at Associates In Dermotology. I called and spoke to a helpful girl. I told her I needed to see Dr. Daly as soon as posible (noticed a rash forming after a camping trip). The girl helping me told me she wouldnt be availbe at the time i needed, but would happily sqeeze me in anyway. She said she had just had a canelation. I was so happy! I felt like she understood the frustration i was going throu and really wanted to help me. Whats even better; when i got to my appointment Dr. Daly was the most kind and comforting doctor I had ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made me feel like this rash would be gone by the end of the night!! She also saw my daughter while I was in the room.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was extremely caring and gentle during my recent surgery and answered all my questions. Each step of the surgery was fully explained by the doctor throughout the procedure which helped ease a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend them.

I was recommended to this office over a year ago and have not been dissapointed. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. The doctors put you at ease and after having surgery on three different spots i was left with no scaring. They take the time to explain everything so you can understand. They have you in an out of the office and you are not waiting around long. Would highly reccomend their office.

I have been seeing a the doctors at this practice for years. I have never had any problem getting in to be seen. There is never a long wait and I have even been squeezed in on the same day that I have called. everyone is so nice and friendly. All of the doctors I have seen have so friendly, thourough and bright. I have told everyone I know about this practice. My entire family goes there as well. I would recommend Dr Siegel and his staff to anytime!

I'm sure the doctors are competent, although I had a minor issue. I went here on the recommendation of people who were dealing with more serious issues and were happy with their results. They are a bit production-line-ish, and the doctor I had practically rolled her eyes because I had a few questions.

My main problem is with the office staff. They're loud and unprofessional, they're curt and snippy with patients, and they're pathetically useless when it comes to paperwork/insurance/billing matters.

They never billed us for a minor balance we had after our insurance paid their portion. In the meantime, we moved, although I gave the receptionist our new address before we left the office. They called my cell after our move and left a message. I returned the call, got a machine, and AGAIN left our new address and our landline here at our new location. Never got a bill from them, although got two more calls over the years from their office. Each time I called back and explained that WE HAD A NEW ADDRESS and gave it to them -- seriously -- I used very small words and spoke clearly and slowly, but this seemed way beyond their mental capabilities. Then, they called and pulled all kinds of attitude about a balance I never paid, harassing me to pay it over the phone (yeah, right...let me look at it first...if you can't even write down an address change properly, I'm sure you screwed up the actual billing, too). I went out of my way to keep these people updated as to our new address, but THEY screwed up and now are blaming it on me.

I'm sure there are other great doctors in the area. Save yourself a huge headache and find an office with a competent staff. These people are embarassingly incompetent and unprofessional.

To the doctors: your staff is affecting your reputation. Seriously. If you can't train them properly, or hire better people, you're where the buck stops. They are the first and last people patients deal with, and they are a reflection of YOU.

The doctor took time to explain everything and helped me through the procedure even though I was extremely scared. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I had a cancerous mold removed in 2008, and as a subsequent follow-up went to be examined on a canceled appointment opening in January 2011. My prior physician was Dr. Brockman, whom I found efficient and helpful. Associates has expanded rapidly, and on this occasion, my appointment was with a new physician.

The office was bustling, and I was sent upstairs to sign in. I presented my new insurance (Medicare) which began this month. After being shuttled to two examination rooms (the first time I ever recall this happening to me), and waiting an hour, the young physician entered, wearing knee-high boots, and cheerfully asked why I was there. I instantly perceived she had no idea of me.

When I asked, "Do you have my chart?" she looked surprised, and said she thought I was a new patient. I looked at her assistant, who had prepped me, and who I had previously asked if she had my chart (she had shrugged towards the hallway, which I learned meant, "Sure, it's in the computer"). For the first time in my life, I declined to be seen by a physician.

In Googling the ratings for Associates in Dermatology, I noted they had two stars out of five, and the headlined comment was, "I must be a glutton for punishment or just to lazy to find another DR. Patients are treated like they are in a. . . ."

Apparently, despite other people's indicating similar feelings to this reviewer's, the office hasn't cleaned up its act - why should it - patients seemingly still flock there. I had previously felt the same way as this rater and others (although Dr. Brockman was nice), but this experience moved me to seek another dermatologist.

I must be a glutton for punishment or just to lazy to find another DR. Patients are treated like they are in a production line. I went for a rash, she to a look and said you have this. I had to basically ask her all the details, such how, and what. She prescribed medication and ran out, I was walking behind her asking questions. Visit was all of 2mins tops. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

My son was treated by this group. I though the staff was courteous and professional, appointment was well scheduled as we did not sit in waiting room for long. The doctor was teriffic and spent a considerate length with him as a new patient to expalin treatment plan and prescriptions. Will use in the future and would recommend to others.

I was not impressed with the service I received. I was rushed through the appointment, the choice of drugs was not clearly discussed with me, and I was charged for two appointments in two days - the second being just to verify that the blood tests were in order. Most other specialists I have been to discuss the prescription at the time of the first visit and, if the blood work is in order, the prescription may be picked up the next day. The do not charge a full office visit, which consists of "your blood work is fine", just to pick up a prescription. Since I was being charged for a full office visit, I would have appreciated the time to discuss and understand the medication and the side effects. The office staff was abrubt and unhelpful.

I have been a patient of this practice for years and have always had a positive experience. I've seen a few of the doctors in the practice and they were all very professional and took the time to explain. The staff has never been anything less than courteous and friendly to me and my family. Definitly would recommend to others!!

Terrible staff. I felt uncomfortable with these people handling my files and scheduling my appointments. Just a bunch of bunglers, as if they were students acting out in detention. A doctor is only as good as his/her staff, and I'm taking my business elsewhere!

The physician seemed competent, but I was completely rushed through my appointment with the dermatologist. This appointment was scheduled well in advance and I arrived early. It was a poor first impression and I don't intend to return. The only thing the made time for was my payment.
