Don & Joes Meats

After trying out a couple butcher shops in the area (Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle), I decided to try Don & Joe's based on price of bone-in lamb roasts. They had as good a price as the local supermarket, but would do all the service I needed (de-boning, tying into full roast etc) for free and by the time I picked it up.
Not only were they amazing and helpful just over the phone, but they were also ready with my order before I even showed up at the counter.
Friendly, helpful, good price, went beyond what I expected, and finally.... the meat was fantastic.
I will be using them as my butcher from now on.
Highly recommended!!

My gramps is a real meat and potatoes kind of guy. When he has a Sunday sit down dinner you know that there will be a roast on the table. Gramps likes to shop at Don and Joes Meats. Visiting this shop has been a wonderful experience for me. You can really see why the quality is top notch. The shop is super clean and the staff is highly professional. They will help you get the perfect cut of meat for your meal. Tthe prices are a little steep on some items but i think that you can taste the difference. Quality like this is worth paying a bit more for. Family meal times are special and should be cherished and celebrated. When you do your meat shopping here you know that you will be pleased!

Most people buy meat in the supermarket for convenience, but once you treat yourself to shopping at a real butcher shop, you will never look at supermarket meat the same way.
Don & Joes meats in Pike Place market is one of the best. Extremely knowledgable and accomadating butchers. Specailty cuts done quickly and happily. They can even help you out if you are unframiliar with how to cook something, or what type of cut to use for a particular recipe.
Prices are somewhat higher for some items than in the supermarket, but comparable on others. What you pay for is a wider selection of fresher, higher quality meats and superb service.
