1 Stars: Horrible Service (by Food C.)

The waiter was rude to walk by and turn off our hot plate without even saying a word. It was after about 5 minutes when we saw the chocolate started to get cold and harden, that we realized the hot plate was turned off. The waiter had an attitude which made the dining experience unforgettably bad.

4 Stars: Fondue!!! (by Brian W.)

Until my visit to The Melting Pot, I had never experienced fondue... Now I own my own fondue set! The Melting Pot provides a unique eating experience, unlike any other restaurant around. It's an excellent place to take a date or a group of people for some good social interaction. The prices are a bit steep for the amount of food you get but it is all tasty and I don't think I've ever left "hungry" I recommend the Lobster/Steak combo

4 Stars: Melting Pot - Delicious (by Mary Louise S.)

The fondue is absolutely delicious, however it is rather pricey for the amount of food you get. Their was a wide variety of different types of fondue to choose from and all of them are delicious. The only downside is that i left the restaurant still hungry.

5 Stars: Delicious (by T M.)

Nothing beats the romantic atmosphere, fondue and sumptuous desserts offered by the melting pot. I love cooking our own food at the eye on the table. I am able to cook to my very own perfection. I always order the cheddar fondue, and find myself scraping the pot even though I know their gorgeous salad is coming up next. I always select the California salad with the most delicious raspberry dressing, followed by the veggie entree and then the divine white chocolate fondue for dessert (which I am only able to order on a rare occasion. I fill up too fast too early!). I keep planning to go just for cheese and chocolate, but love their Gorgonzola spinach ravioli too much to skip the entrees. Ahhh, temptaion.

PROS: Food, Atmosphere, Dining Experience
CONS: Not a cheap date!

5 Stars: Lots of fun (by Taylor B.)

It might take three hours, but the Melting Pot is a fun place for dinner; small parties and maybe just an evening out. The food is great, the enviroment is fun and the servers are always friendly.

5 Stars: Best fondue in Seattle! (by Katie C.)

What a fun restaurant! We dont have nearly enough places to eat where we can participate in preparing our own food. At The Melting Pot, you can enjoy cheese fondue, a Chinese hot pot style method of cooking meat and veggies in broth, and a variety of decadent treats dipped in chocolate! The location in Queen Anne is pretty romantic, if youre looking for that.

5 Stars: !!!FUN time for couples!!! (by shianxiu s.)

i would have to say, for those of you who would like to engage in teamwork, the melting pot is the spot for you. it is perfect for duos or couples. do not go in a big group, otherwise, the interferences will arise for the endearing pot. the food, i would have to say, was absolutely delicious. i loved dipping my bread and fruit into the pot. my boyfriend, olin and i, had such a splendid time watching the pot cook our food. it was, indeed, FUN!!!

5 Stars: Wonderful Food Experience (by Johnny K.)

We went to the Melting Pot at Christmas time and ordered their "Big Night Out". I'd say it's worth it for the price and for the chance to try their whole experience. You get to select a type of cheese fondue, a salad choice, then the entree is another type of fondue and then you choose what kind of chocolate fondue you want for dessert. It was SO good that we're going back for our anniversary.

They have plated entrees as well, but since it's a high end fondue place we thought it would be silly to order that. Though I'm sure that they would be just as delicious.

Service was wonderful. Our server took the time to explain to us all the different sauces that arrived for the main entree fondue. He explained how long to cook each meat to prevent undercooking. It's pretty amazing all the different flavors they have for the cheese fondues. They have the original vodka swiss and even a garlic and herb chedder cheese kind.

They also have an extensive wine list and cocktail list.

As well, we went business casual and we fit right in. There's free parking for the restaurant, too. They've got a nice ambiance to sit back and enjoy the meal.
