Macy's

I find the customer service people unhelpful and impersonal. They don't seem to be customer service oriented in in way!
The "I'm sorry's" and "we can't" should be replaced with I'll see what we can do for you. TOO CORPORATE- come on you guys take a lesson from Nordstroms

This store has a very pleasant atmosphere. A great selection of merchandise attractively displayed. The sales personnel are friendly and helpful, one person in particular ; " Tracy Reiner", goes to great lengths to insure satisfaction. It is a pleasure to visit and shop in this store.

I love Macy's! (used to be the Bon Marche) As a plus-sized mom I am able to find affordable FASHIONABLE clothes for all my needs. They have a great selection and helpful staff. I do all of my shopping here!

I find that Macy's has very friendly cashiers. But it's very difficult to find an associate to help you while you're looking for a specific items or price.

This is a great store , I always love going there. The sales associates are wonderful and really helpful however some of them take forever to help you and make you feel like they think you are not worthy of being there. They styles are awsome, there is something for everyone. Aside from people not always being nice it is great.

Since the Bon combined with Macy, the overall appearance of the store is 100% better and the sales staff will tell you about upcoming sales so you can save a lot more money. I recommend this store.

Macy's is a wonderfull store to shop at, Its always fun to browse around in, even if the prices are a bit too steep for someone on a budget. I like the store layout, it makes getting around and finding the things you want quickly and easily. The staff was very helpful when i was looking for a gift for a friend!

I used to shop at the Bon for a long time before they merged with Macy's. I like shopping here but the staff in the beauty and perfume departments can be quite pushy and a little rude if you dont purchase anything.

This store is huge and there's always someone around if you need to ask a question. It's also nice because they're willing to help you out if you're searching for a certain outfit or trying to get things to match. There aren't too many people there too so you can shop in peace without someone asking you every minute if they can help.
