Coles Salon

I've been going to Cole's Salon for about 10 years now and I can honestly say it's the only hair place I can trust. No matter what stylist, they always do my hair just as I ask and exceed my expectations. I've tried numerous other Salons (even one very prestigious one last month) but I always walk away disappointed. I will never go to another Salon again... I've been to 4 of the Cole's locations and Eagan Station seems to be my favorite.

I got my first ever manicure and pedicure at Coles Salon. The time spent there was nice. However, the aftermath has definitely ensured that I will never return. After two rounds of antibiotics and two different podiatrists, I ended up losing my left big toenail and spending hundreds of dollars in the process. I called to report the issue to the salon, and though they apologized, they didn't even offer to give me my money back. I'd think twice before coming here.

I have been to the Burnsville Coles a number of times, and I guess I was hoping things would get better with a different stylist. I have found out that this is not a possibility at Coles. Every time I have gone for my cut and color, I have been treated like I was just one of many in a line. I felt rushed, and ultimately left feeling unhappy with my service. It is a very large salon, but I still feel like everyone should be treated like a special guest. I would advise anyone thinking about Coles to think twice and choose a different salon.
Also, the prices are quite high for the services they provide both in the salon and in the spa area.

I would reccomend going here rather than any other cheap place. It's defenitly worth it, and you get your money's worth. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

What great service for the amount of money I spent. I usually go to an Aveda salon, but not anymore. The prices are worth every bit of time you spend in this salon.

I love this salon for hair, nails and waxing. It is a full service salon. I've been very happy with many different stylist, wax specialists and nail specialists.
