After two claims in one year I can confidently say you cannot find a better agent or team than theirs.

Todd Houser does what most insurance agents should do, but don't: He reviews our policies with us in an annual sit-down meeting, asking us if we've remodeled, made a significant investment, and talks to us about long-term care policies.
Through him we've gotten information and encouragement to consider various insurance options, without a hard sale.
His staff is friendly and well-trained.
