I know Marshall Longtin and his reputation from the Board of Realtors expo's, workshops, and working with that office as a banker. Marshall has always struck me as one of the hardest working guys in that group. Talk about long hours, he puts them in. So if you are the customer, you've got it made with him.

Marshall is one of those unique agents that is able to not only focus on the personal side of real estate but understands as well that it is also a large financial investment. He worked with me this previous year on the sale of a condominium and I felt he obtained a very good sales price and in a timely manner. Because of the high service level that I experienced, my partner and I then used him for purchasing a house. He did a wonderful job of finding us a home that not only do we anticipate being in for many years but one that should be a sound investment. I feel very strongly that through shrewd negotiations on Marshalls part on both the sale of my condominium and the purchase of my home that he saved me thousands of dollars. I would strongly recommend Marshall as your choice of a real estate agent.

As first-time seller, I was quite intimidated with the prospect of finding the right agent to sell our home. Marshall made it easy, showing us numerous comparable sales in the area, explaining the pros and cons of each one vs our property. He had ideas on what we should do if we wanted to increase the value for good return on our dollar.
He was very patient with our many questions and made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
He has a good relationship with a profesional local ecsrow-title insurence company that made everything go very smoothly. We cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone house hunting or selling in the Greater Seattle area.

Even in a seller's market, Marshall has been able to find good investment properties. He also has an expertise with raw land that doesn't come from buying and selling normal houses. I highly recommend Marshal for both selling and purchasing real estate.
