To whom it may concern I would like to get a lien release from Bank One. I applied for a personal loan in 1998 and paid it off but did not get a lien release. Is there any possible way I could get one.

Bank one is really good at treating you as customer. they are very friendly and helpfull. The place is crowded during heavy business hours but teh staff try to move the crowd ASAP and with good quality of service.

Easy to get in and out of this branch, at the corners of Elston, Addison and Kedzie. Not too crowded, with ATMs both outside and inside the doors. Fast and polite.
